We are extremely disappointed with the un-responsibility customer service that was given to us yesterday. My family, friends and I have been a regular guest every trip to Bangkok. My sister comes in for stay once-twice half an a year. And yesterday the lady and the gentleman (Ploy & Max) processing my clothes for laundry LOST to grant our request for 13 pieces of my clothes when I have requested for laundry the day before I check out. What I have been told by the receptionist lady is all my clothes were dropping all along the way to laundry shop. And the gentleman just said “sorry” to me. Not a “sorry” can solve everything. The lady (Ploy) pretended nothing happen until I asked for the clothes. They couldn’t get back my clothes to me since first till the end. I was contacting with one of the manager in charge, she not even try to understand the situation before she protect her staffs. The manager (Ann) was going to replaced me with 1000 THB with 13 pieces of the losing clothes at the end. I cannot believe that this kind service was given to a regular guest. I cannot argue the quality of the stay however the makeup desk’s light is not working and the water is weak that you provided but your customer service will eventually cost you losing more...
Read moreNot the best, but also not the worst stay. I get what i pay for. Arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm ish, greeted by 1 security guy who apparently has our check-in docs and helps us check in-bcs there's nobody at the receptionist counter.
Good stuff: -Hotel is clean and decent. Huge bed ( larger than king size). Facility's complete : TV, chiller, bath tub, a single sofa, desk, make up table, water heater, toiletries (soap, shampoo, bath gel), and speedy wifi at every floor. -Location is super convenient, walking distance to pratunam market & phaya thai BTS. But you need to ask the staff for a "secret shortcut". Else you'll be routed far away by google map.
Bad stuff: -The room lighting is a bit too dim for me, thus adding the spooky vibe. 1 main light in the bedroom's dead too. -Unlike other hotels i've visited, we need to manually request for a room cleaning service by hanging the sign at the door. Else they would only restore the coffee + toiletries + water bottles without touching anything else in the room. Apparently they engage with an external cleaning service team, so we can't request for anything else (e.g. ad-hoc cleaning, extra towel/toiletries) after their working...
Read more-does not honor your free breakfast when purchased online- even when you show them a screenshot of your purchase i called ahead before my trip and asked how much extra person fee was. when i got to hotel, they charged double what i was told on the phone -you pay extra person fee but do not get anything for the extra person- no extra bed, no extra towel since we had 3 people and 2 towels, we asked for extra towel. they were completely out of towels... staff lies to you about most affordable way to get places- they get commission for booking taxis for you at end of our stay, checkout took 25 minutes bc they asked me to pay AGAIN for my stay until they found out they were wrong booked us a taxi that took us to a tourist trap- wasting $100 of our money booked us a taxi that stated a fare 100 Baht over what was agreed upon with hotel place is super far away from main road and impossible to find -when I confronted GM about all of the above, he took no responsibility of anything that happened if this were the last hotel on earth and i needed a place to stay, i would rather sleep...
