My stay at Hotel Atrium Bangkok was a nightmarish ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. The staff exhibited a level of rudeness that I've never encountered before, making our check-in a miserable experience. The overall vibe of the hotel was shady and unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.
The bed mattress in our room was as hard as a rock, and it gave us severe body pain after a night's sleep. It was like sleeping on a torture device. The room size was ridiculously small, with no space to even open our bags properly. It felt claustrophobic and impractical.
To add to our misery, at 10 am, we were subjected to the incessant noise of drilling and hammering coming from within the hotel itself. It felt like some form of cruel punishment. The combination of the rock-hard bed, tiny room, rude staff, and the morning construction noise made this stay a complete nightmare. Read moreYesterday, I stayed at this hotel for one night. It seems the receptionist girl hasn’t even been trained to properly greet guests with “sawasdee ka.” I also think she’s not very skilled in handling hotel bookings. My room was booked with breakfast included, but she didn’t mention anything about it. When I asked what time breakfast was, she said my room didn’t include breakfast. Only after that did she apologize and issue a coupon. Her service attitude was quite poor.
The staff member who handed me the room keycard also behaved unprofessionally—he just reached out with his arm to give it to me without saying which floor my room was on. The room itself was not well maintained; the cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the bed linens even had holes. It seems housekeeping didn’t check the room properly.
I would like to suggest that the management provide proper training to both the Housekeeping and Front Office...
Read moreWe chose the Pratunam Atrium Hotel because of its proximity to the Airport Link MRT Ratchaprarop Station, and it worked perfectly for us. It is a building of about 4 or 5 floors with an elevator. It has a nice reception and lobby. The reception staff very friendly, even carried our luggage to our room. Our room with 2 single beds, just the right size to move around the room and go to the bathroom. With windows but not nice view. Comfortable beds, luxury decoration details in the rooms and in the common corridors. A very nice bathroom, with everything you need. The location, close to many businesses and casual restaurants, and very well connected to major avenues and the...
