What a waste of money. I don’t even know where to start. In 3 months of traveling through Thailand this is by far the worst hotel we stayed in. There is a really bad smell coming out of the bathroom. There are extremely loud construction works going on outside the building which won‘t let you sleep from 7am on. In addition to this there was also constructions going on in the room next to us on our last day which made it unbearable to even stay in the room. The breakfast consists of one plate of an american breakfast per person. When we asked to get a vegetarian breakfast they brought us two eggs and nothing else. I am not even exaggerating here. In a country like Thailand where fruits and vegetables grow everywhere this breakfast is really an insult to their own country. You have to pay in cash and leave a deposit of 1000 Baht at check In. Every 20 min you have to reconnect with the wifi and type in the password all over again. The air conditioning is directed right to the bed. There is no cupboard nor a closet, just some hooks on the wall.

This hotel is a real scam and waste of money in my point of view. Bangkok has so many great hotels to offer in this price range - I really regret to have stayed...

I'm going to cut to the chase. There were cockroaches - but hold on! The staff handled it better than anyone would expect. At 6am, while my wife was suffering with tonsillitis, we saw this cockroach and I formed the overnight staff. By the time we'd finished breakfast, the management got in touch with us, told us not to enter while they disinfected the entire room for an hour with an ozone machine. They offered us free drinks while we waited and they apologised profusely. They were great to speak to the whole time. Now, the room itself was relatively clean. The location was as amazing as it was close to the old town. Laundry was relatively cheap, it cost us about 100thb for 3 weeks of clothes to get washed and dried within a few minutes. The bathroom was well equipped and the bed was free of bed bugs (we have a UV torch to check this). The WiFi was very good around the entire hotel too. The views from the hotel were not great but it was fine. Sometimes one of the staff members comes across as careless, I think it's just a matter of lack of customer service training to be honest. A surprisingly...

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for more than a week. We loved everything about our stay. For the price you get a very comfy room. They even have international power outlets. I brought an international charger but it wasn’t even needed!

The only bit of downside is that the room might be a bit tight with 4 suitcases but for the price it’s 100% okay. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job every time they clean up the room! I left my sleeping shirt on the bed and they even folded it nicely, which is so attentive! You also get free water bottles after every room cleaning.

The location is near the tourist area Khao San Road, which is very busy and loud. But the hotel itself is located in a quit small alley, so it’s not noisy at all.

The hotel also serves breakfast but we didn’t try it since there are a lot of local restaurants in the area. If you’re looking for a nice local breakfast/lunch spot in the area, I can recommend ร้านอาหารตามสั่งพี่มุก Mook Restaurant! Runned by a sweet local...

Stayed here only for one night as I had my connecting flight in Bangkok. The room was very comfortable and clean, provided everything one needs. It's great that they have a 24h self-check in service as I arrived late. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the two free water bottles. The fridge unfortunately is quite loud during the night so had to disconnect it. The breakfast was not included and comes for 179 baht (+7% charge if you pay with credit card). The iced latte was nice, the breakfast quesadilla was nice but I expected a bigger/richer portion. Would come back again

This new hotel just opened its door when I was there for 2-night stay, staffs were very friendly and helpful to my requests. Room was great and super clean. Private bathroom is just perfect size not too small and equipped with water heater. Breakfast was nice, it serves only American breakfast but it was good start for beginning our trip in Bangkok. Hotel is very accessible and near various sightseeing eg Phra Sumen Fort, museum, Chao Phraya river, many good local restaurants and only 10 mins walk to Khao San road.
