We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in the centre of Tunis. It is off the main road and very quiet most of the time (especially at night). The hotel felt very safe. The taxi driver found it with no problem even in the darkness after sunset. There are many shops (large & small to suit all tastes) and attractions as well as transport hubs within short (5 minutes) to moderate (15 minutes) walk. Not far to the Central market, Ziatoune Mosque (via street stalls) etc. The room (twin comfortable beds) on the second floor (no lifts) was CLEAN, spacious & relatively well equipped for the price range. The en-suite was a good size (with hot water & working shower) and the room had excellent working air-conditioning (heating was present but not needed). Also, plenty of lighting & electrical sockets were present. The limited TV channels were in Arabic (I would have preferred at least one channel in English). The Wi-Fi was of good strength. No kettle was provided but we were given hot water when needed. No fridge. The room was cleaned every day with towels & toiletries replaced, the beds made and the floor cleaned. Extra pillows and duvets in the mirrored wardrobe as well as hangers. The breakfast was basic but much appreciated with virtually the same items every day (A little variety would be a plus & hot not warm coffee/milk would help). Only the manager and one other staff member spoke English, however, ALL staff were friendly, pleasant & very helpful. With 24 hour presence at the reception desk The hotel provided very good value for money and I would certainly recommend it and...

Property: A perfect location to reach everywhere if you are a walker. Absolutely a quiet place, which at the end of a road. Don’t let the quietness scare you especially at night, it was safe at least for me at 9:30 pm as a woman. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. It would be better to start upgrading on the shower area by installing glass door instead shower curtain and maintenance on the drainage because the water flooded the shower area very much.
Breakfast: It was nice to have different breakfast every day. Only the basic like bread, coffee and cake were the same but the eggs were prepared differently everyday! Keep it up! Maybe reduce the package cake or replace with Tunisian sweetness. Can give choices for tea or coffee instead on coffee. Also, is good to give choices to guest whether the room price is covered with breakfast or no because not all the guest enjoys breakfast.
Hospitality: Wahid was a wonderful staff and so as the ladies who served breakfast and housekeeping! They were so accommodating and friendly and helpful. One of the day, I needed to have early breakfast and the staff was preparing packed boiled eggs and sandwich for me to take away. WiFi: This’s the only down side of the hotel, where it needs to upgrade too. My room 305 did not get good connection and was always disconnected.
Location: I walked 20 mins from Barcelona...

I never felt hungry after having breakfast. ||Staff are friendly and helpful and smiling. ||Prices are suitable and cheaper than the majority of nearby hotels in the center of the city.||I will definitely stay here during my next...
