I spend more time in hotels than at home, and I always ensure that my stays meet high standards. Despite this, I have never written a hotel review, believing that premium service is simply what I pay for. However, my experience at Radisson City Center was exceptional—it truly deserves my time and reflection.
From the moment I arrived for my seven-night stay, I was impressed. The hotel's prime location—just minutes from key areas—added to its appeal. But what set Radisson apart was not just its location; it was the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff.
On my first day, I encountered a technical issue in my room that required immediate attention. To my surprise, Anis, the Security Manager, and Khalid, the Front Office Manager, personally came to assist me. As I was rushing to a conference, I didn’t have time for back-and-forth discussions, yet within an hour, Lady Ghighi, the General Manager, personally came to check on me. She sincerely apologized for any inconvenience and generously offered me an upgrade to a stunning room overlooking the historic Clock Tower. She even went the extra mile, asking my permission to have the staff move my belongings—an act of courtesy and professionalism that left a lasting impression.
Throughout my stay, the exceptional staff continued to impress me. Osama, Maram, and Omammya, in particular, were outstanding at the reception, always available to answer my questions and provide guidance with genuine dedication. The entire team’s synergy created an atmosphere of warmth and efficiency, making my stay truly remarkable.
Everything at Radisson was impeccably clean, well-organized, and detail-oriented. The service was consistently prompt, the staff incredibly friendly, and the premises safe and secure. When my flight was delayed by four hours, I requested a late check-out, and the amazing team offered it free of charge—a level of generosity I have rarely experienced in the hospitality industry.

I sent a message to the hotel to ask if they can do anything for her birthday. At check in they not only updated our room to premium panorama view room but the room was already decorated with balloons, candies and birthday cake. It was such a great surprise for us and our daughter. Housekeeping manager Sana did a great job and she was also present at the check in to welcome us. ||Room was spacious, with huge giving panorama view of the city from the 7th floor. Both bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is brand new and its visible from every corner. Climate system worked superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had great sleep every night. ||Breakfast staff welcoming us every morning was the highlight every morning. Ala carte and buffet breakfast both were available. Great variety of hot and cold options with fresh juices. ||Reception staff gave great tips about sightseeing and restaurants. Location is perfect for sightseeing in city centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. ||On our last night we just told them at the restaurant that we did not get time to eat Tunisian food on our trip, they did not have those dishes in the menu that night, we went outside in the city Center to eat. When we came back, we got a call from restaurant and I told them that we have eaten but we did not like it much, they told us that they have especially prepared Tunisian dishes for us, I politely said no but they insisted and sent it to the room. They no doubt tasted yummy, as compared to what we ate at the restaurant outside. ||Their service is top notch. They went way beyond our expectations to make our stay the best stay. ||We will never forget how the treated us and the amazing service and hospitality from each and every member...
