GEN PLUS HOTEL — Hotel in Fatih

On 03/01/2023 I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM after a long 13 hours flight, when i arrived there everything was messed up there was bags in the reception area everywhere and a huge construction was going on in the hotel and the streets around the hotel, the wifi was not working and my room was not ready. The Manager Karim asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes until they clean my room but i asked him to cancel my reservation and refund my money because nothing was the same as shown in the pictures but he refused and said if you wanna stay you have to pay all the due amount of 3 nights in advance in cash if not he will not refund me the one night i paid. The location is close to the nice Balat area but otherwise would not recommend.||We found multpile bed bugs the first night, left the next day. The room was also quite dirty. The best hotel for motorcyclists. They have a very secure private parking - you enter the yard through the gate. Tiger 955i with Heed crash bars entered without a problem.
