English, Русский My family and I would like to recommend this hotel to all travellers to Istanbul. The location of the hotel is very convenient: the hotel is easy to reach from two metro stations, moreover there is a tram station nearby which we used every day. The area looks very authentic, just what one needs to experience Istanbul. We also considered it quite a safe one, at least it seemed so. There are small shops in the street which work till late. We bought food in Öztürk Kuruyemiş (maps show it as permanently closed but that's not so). The seller is a very nice and honest man. We booked the Sultan Suleyman suite and were really amazed by its decorations when we arrived. The only inconvenience was the lack of a locker in the suite. However, there are lockers in the hall. The stuff tidied up the suite and changed the towels every day. All the stuff members were very friendly and helpful, and one woman whose name is Gül even spoke Russian! As for the breakfast, we enjoyed a wide range of dishes every day including salads, cheese, scrambled eggs etc. The dining room is decorated in a very nice way, which also contributed to the atmosphere. We found no disadvantages in the hotel except for the proximity to a mosque where a muezzin calls to prayer at 5 a.m. However, non-muslims can stay away from waking if they close the windows at night, which is possible thanks to air conditioning. Moreover, as far as we have noticed, there is no house in Istanbul where a muezzin wouldn't be heard, so this point doesn't work against the hotel. We thank the stuff once again for their hospitality and are willing to return one day!

I highly recommend that hotel! They always find you a parking space, they are super friendly and helpful! Thier service is great, and the beauty of the room is incredibly nice, prices are crazily super cheap, I had a room with 2 beds and clean bathroom including breakfast only almost 15€, and it's nearby for main shops and tourism places! I just say thank you and I will be back there anytime I'm in Istanbul.

When it comes to cleanliness this was the second dirtiest hotel I've came across in all countries I've visited. When it comes to staff, they are the rudest staff I've come across, I'm not sure if it's only the night shift! It seemed to me this hotel is run by a gang- much suitable for the dangerous neighborhood it's situated in! We arrived late at night and immediately they took our passports and much to my surprise they've decided to keep them! When we were showed our room, it had nauseating body odor. We pointed that out to their staff who got aggressive and literally replied "this is just the smell from previous guest!" We were speechless, we checked the sheets- sth that we always do so we can ask for immediate change of sheets if necessary. All of them were torn and soiled! The staff turned more aggressive and started blaming us for the hotel's faults. Our booking clearly stated that the room has a TV, and ironically a sea view. None was true. We simply asked the front desk guy for a cleaner room. Of course, they were holding our passports and it was late so they just brushed us aside. We decided to go for dinner and that was when we discovered the neighborhood where this hotel is situated. It IS dangerous, certainly not for families, or anyone who doesn't enjoy the view of prostitutes and beggars everywhere. Naturally we checked out first thing in the morning. The rude staff still charged us for two nights. Booking.com refunded us part of the money as they found out the hotel did cheat us. The breakfast was fine, fresh, clean and refills kept coming on as 2-3 staff were assigned to the breakfast area, all of whom seemed to be hard workers.||فندق وسخ تديره عصابة، ليس مناسب للعائلات، المنطقة الموجود بها الفندق هي أكسراي وليست الفاتح، وهي منطقة خطيرة خصوصاً بعد الظلام..
