Prestige Hotel Istanbul Laleli — Hotel in Fatih

My family and I stayed 4 nights and had very bad experience with this hotel.The condition of the rooms are completely opposite as shown in the picture on their website. Beds were very small with dirty linens one of the sinks was clogged and smelling. The baseboard was ripping off and wall was chipped. The shower didn't even have a shower door. I reserved family room for 4 people one of the beds wasn't even a bed they just put a mattress on top of a couch which was very unstable and falling off. My husband kept falling off the bed/couch.
