I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience my friend and I had during our recent stay at Peruna Cave Hotel in Goreme.
Your personal dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. As the owner of the establishment, your presence and willingness to assist us with all our inquiries, tour bookings, and transfers did not go unnoticed. Your team's impeccable service and reminders for each pick-up were greatly appreciated.
The room we stayed in was not only gorgeous but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast served was a delightful representation of a typical Turkish breakfast, adding to the authenticity of our experience. The rooftop provided the perfect setting for afternoon drinks, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. And waking up to the sight of hot air balloons floating above us was simply breathtaking.
Moreover, the menu at your hotel was a culinary delight, with each dish being delicious and satisfying. Your commitment to providing a well-rounded experience for your guests truly shines through in every aspect of our stay.
It was a thoughtful gesture of providing us with a breakfast bag upon check-out as we had an early morning departure, the breakfast bag was a touching and considerate gesture that did not go unnoticed. It not only showcased your attention to detail but also demonstrated your commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of your guests.
The breakfast bag not only provided us with sustenance for our journey but also left a lasting impression of the exceptional hospitality and care that you and your team extend to your guests.
Once again, thank you, Garen, and your dedicated team, for making our time at Peruna Cave Hotel truly exceptional. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit and the opportunity to create more unforgettable...
Read moreWe travelled from Canada with our 18 and 21 year old sons, so we reserved two separate rooms for four nights at the Peruna Cave Hotel. |Our room was 203, a stunning cave room with a balcony and the boys stayed in room 209, a room with stone work and high ceilings. |Both rooms are beautifully decorated. They are very spacious rooms and bathrooms. |The carved wooden doors, ceramic tiles, Turkish carpets, and stonework are stunning in both rooms. |The bed was comfortable and all was kept very clean. |If you can reserve a room with a balcony, do it! We enjoyed opening the doors, while in our room to let the air in and the view is spectacular. We were able to sit in bed and see hot air balloons go by in the early morning, but when we sat on the balcony, we saw dozens of hot air balloons in the sky each morning. |We also enjoyed watching an amazing thunder and lightening storm on the covered deck one evening. |The call to prayer can be heard throughout town, however the minaret is within view and close by and is amazing to hear while looking over the town/view during the day and the town with lights in the evening. |There are lots of sitting terraces and patios throughout the hotel grounds, to enjoy the view. ||The staff were very professional and interested in making the stay very comfortable. They were helpful throughout our stay and even arranged laundry services during our stay and a to-go breakfast for our early morning departure. ||The location is wonderful. Very walkable to town restaurants, shops, small grocery/corner stores and some walking / hiking trails. We felt safe at all times. ||The hotel restaurant has a stunning view on all sides. The food is great and service is very professional and prompt. ||The hotel is on a hill and has many stairs, as with all cave hotels in the area. ||It was a wonderful experience. I would easily...

The location was very central in the Goreme area so you should have no trouble getting around and trying different food and drinks, and to see the best that the city has to offer.
Our hotel room was absolutely magical. We got Room 102 and we were ecstatic to find out that it was part of the original cave system. There was something so hauntingly beautiful about sleeping in the same room that people thousands of years ago have dwelled in. The included breakfast was also amazing, and was an excellence representation of what Turkish cuisine can be.
Finally, I can’t finish this review without a mention about the amazing staff that were on hand, always so willing to help out at a moment’s whim. Sayed in the front desk was exceptional, and our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him for sure.
TL:DR version: Please book your stay in Peruna Cave, you shan’t...
