Balloons Chase — Local services in Göreme

We stumbled upon the Balloon Chase tour on Get Your Guide, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for experiencing the magic of Cappadocia's hot air balloons. One of the first perks was the convenience of pick-up and drop-off directly from our hotel, making the early morning start hassle-free.

To kickstart our adventure, they provided a breakfast bag filled with water, juice, and snacks, ensuring we were well-prepared to start our morning. The tour then took us to two different locations to witness the mesmerizing spectacle of hot air balloons gracefully ascending into the dawn sky. The breathtaking views and the sight of countless balloons drifting above the unique landscapes of Cappadocia were truly unforgettable.

However, it's worth noting that in our group, there were a couple of individuals who were quite enthusiastic about having their pictures taken. This occasionally led to them chasing the photographer for constant photo opportunities. While this could potentially limit others' chances to get photos, we were fortunate to be self-sufficient with our own cameras, so it didn't bother us too much but it made us feel...

This company is threatening to report me to the tourism police because I changed my mind about a WhatsApp inquiry about a reservation and he’s claiming that he had to pay a reservation fee himself.

EDIT BECAUSE OWNER REPLIED: I had informed them that I could come after a camel sunset ride I had booked to pay for my reservation but then they started calling me while I was on the ride saying he has somewhere to be and is waiting on me. I was not going to make it to the office in the time they needed me to so I decided to try to rebook for the day after so I could come by the office in the daytime. At no point was I told that they needed a deposit, just that I had to come into the office at some point. This is when I tried to reschedule and got the threatening response. They even went trying to follow my instagram so I blocked them on both WhatsApp and instagram. I was fully intending on taking the tour but I just wasn’t going to make it into the office before...

We booked Balloons Chase through Klook pretty late around 9PM for the next 4.30AM chase. The team immediately confirm our booking through Whatsapp and the pick up was on time. They stopped 2 spots, first to watch the hot air balloon from the take off location. We can feel the heat of the fire. Then we're off to the best recommended location to watch the balloons. On Klook it mentioned Love Valley, but we actually went to Red Valley overseeing the Rose Valley up close (better view, in my opinion). I guess, it is changed depending on the flight pattern.

We were photographed professionally, and the pictures are shared at noon through Google Drive, breakfast and non-alcohol champagne were provided as promised.
