Antalya Inn Hotel — Hotel in Muratpaşa

I spent a week in Antalya inn hotel during June - July 2021, and I can simply say that it was one of the best hotels in the area. It has that classic and old spirit, and people there are just a big family.

I rated this hotel with 5 stars due to the following reasons;

Cleanness 100%. Also, the hotel is really calm and warm. Once you’re in your room, it is really quite and peaceful. Also, there are small terraces for each room where you can see the sea. The hotel provides pick ups and drop downs to and from Antalya Airport. An extremely smooth and easy service. Hosting and welcoming is one of a kind. Once you step into the hotel, you feel home, as if you’re a part of this big family. You don’t feel like a stranger with a lot of restrictions at all. Staff is really friendly, welcoming, and warm. They are also very helpful and can give extraordinary advices to go through the place. There are multiple people who made my vacation superior such as Serdar (appears in the attached photo) who arranged multiple breathtaking trips and tours around Antalya. Drives with Serdar were really good as well, his taste of music is absolutely great. Furthermore, conversations with Serdar are simply one of a kind, they open your eyes really wide if you listen carefully. You get the feeling of talking to a very close friend, and he’s really comfortable to deal with. His advice is always on point by the way, I can’t say anything else, but a very sincere thanks from the deepest point of the heart. Also, there are other members of Antalya inn hotel’s team who made my vacation stand out such as Mustafa, Çağri, Burak and Mr Suhiel whom I would like to thank for everything. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever tried. I have never tried anything as good as this hotel’s breakfast. It is served everyday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. There are multiple spectacular and delicious choices, staring from different kinds of jam, honey, cheese to fresh vegetables. There are also multiple things to drink, different types of coffee, juice, and of course Turkish tea. In the hotel, you can arrange whatever trip or tour you want in Antalya. All you have to do is to mention what type of adventure you’re looking for, and the team (Mostly Serdar or Mustafa) will handle the rest. They also provide very comfortable pick ups and drop downs for each trip. I have tried going to Duden waterfalls, Tünektepe Cable car, Antalya aquarium, green canyon and paragliding with them and I didn’t regret a single minute. In fact, I’d like to come back once more, and try the rest of the trips that they offer. The hotel is located in the old city of Antalya, which is called Kalieci, it is really close to the harbor and the city center. If you like walking, then Hadrian’s gate is 5 minutes away from the hotel, and the clock tower is about 6 minutes far. City center is 10 minutes far and the beach is ~30 minutes away.

Finally, on the very top floor, there’s a restaurant and a bar called Tipsy. You can find whatever you’re looking for in Tipsy, including good friends. I will certainly come back to...

I am very angry with your lack of help in this matter...

I read before i arrived that you were able to help everybody. But i see this is not true...

Let me explain why i wanted to leave your hotel..

The small cupboard which hangs on a metal frame was loose upon arrival. I was told this would be repaired later in the day.. It wasn't!

I see the toilet seat is broken If you try to lift or close it falls into two pieces Not acceptable

3.The shower head is loose and it's not possible to direct the water to the body without the water going every where. The shower enclosure is also dirty at the base. Not acceptable.

We returned at 7pm to change clothes before dinner. There wasn't any electric in the room. We reported the problem and said we would be dining across the road at the Italian restaurant. You can contact me there. I was told a man would visit and repair. No one contacted us at the restaurant to explain the problem wasn't resolved. When we returned at 11pm again there wasn't any electric. We were very tired and last thing we needed was this problem..

They did nothing to resolve the problem in the 4 hours we were dining. If you weren't able to fix you should have contacted us at the restaurant earlier. Saying it's not possible to repair, so we will change your room. Being offered a change of room at nearly 12pm is unacceptable!

You asked what can i do to help I replied nothing because i had lost all confidence in you and your hotel. If i changed room in your hotel, how long again before another problem?

The cancellation policy on booking. Com is 1 nights stay E35. It doesn't say that after arrival no refund is possible.. If it does, please show me this policy?

Therefore, you need to refund the E350 money you've taken and charge me the correct amount for 1 nights stay..

I spoke to the manager Mustafa and he said a refund for 9 nights was not an option. We said we could return and continue our stay in a better room.

Or visit the hotel at a later date. Take a credit...

Why give me the WORST. Room in the hotel. All your photos on booking. Com show super room, not the worst you gave me. Why give me the WORST when you have 12 other rooms unoccupied, due covid. You should of treated us like royalty, and be pleased we decided to stay at your hotel.

BOTH, options were not acceptable. Why would i wish to stay in a place where I'm NOT had happy?

So if ANYONE wanted to stay here. Please check the room before paying anything..

There is no written policy ANYWHERE about no refund of money after you arrive..

The staff was the best. All of them helped us in every way possible even though they were short numbered. They guided us with the local options for travel, most relevant places to visit as opposed to typical tourist places, provided early breakfast option on special request, gave us unlimited water bottles and they were all very kind.||Location:|This is a budget hotel placed smack in the middle of the most happening streets of Antalya. All eateries, pubs, parties, sun set point, beaches, gardens, shops even a museum was located within 3-4 minutes walking distance from this hotel.|Since the hotel is located in old town, car access is possible but not the best option hence, walking is the fastest way to get around. Also, the entire city is on a terrain especially the old town so you should be prepared to walk up and down hill with your luggage if you are not taking taxi.||Facilities:|I booked this hotel purely because of the location and budget. I was going to spend all day out in the city so I was not looking for a resort with spa, pool and gym facilities. This hotel was very clean, had all the basic necessities like tea, coffee, water bottles, towels and toiletries. Just FYI, all toiletries are available except for toothpaste so get your own.|The roof top resto-bar has amazing views! The breakfast is traditional Turkish food and is very good. It's not a buffet but a fixed menu served to your table and is unlimited. At night the rooftop is pretty busy with visitors are opens till late night.|Personally I did not have any problem with the noise from the street downstairs because I was too tired to be bothered but some people might not prefer that. But you should kind of expect the noise in any hotel of old town.||Disliked: The room and toilet were smaller than most hotels offer but not bad for 2 people.
