Hotel is far away from train station. However city centre is about 10 min by foot and there is a supermarket nearby. ||Receptionist helpful and friendly, only you speak english or russian to her, most likely she will answer in ukrainian. Thank god my friend speaks and understands russian quite well, so after double and triple checking you finally get necessary information. ||Room small, but comfy and clean. Free water bottle each day - nice gesture from hotel. ||Another shortcoming - hotels location. Entry is from busy street, might be difficult to locate in the evening or during night. There are two gates. You're given entry code for first one, however we succeeded opening gates just once. Other times they were open or were opened to us from inside. Not cool, when getting back to hotel in the evening let's say after day trip you can't get inside by yourself. Second gate in the yard you can't even open yourself - must press buzzer and be let in. ||The biggest disadvantage as mentioned by previous reviews - noise. Hotel literally looks to other building, where was renovation ongoing. Besides during our first night some girls in the neighbouring building apparently did not sleep, talked loudly several hours and then decided to blare even louder music at about 4 AM in the bloody morning.||Breakfast is served downstairs. Tea from bag, fried egg and a couple of sandwiches. Nothing special.||In general, would choose another place for my next...
Read moreWe booked a hotel room for several nights on New Year's holidays.||The hotel is very close to the Opera house and it is very convenient. This is the center of the historic center of the city. Despite this, the hotel is hidden in a quiet courtyard.||The price for the holidays was just great considering the location of the hotel.||||The hotel is not very big, but very comfortable and quiet. We were with a small child, so silence in the evening was important for us.||||The staff is friendly.||||From unpleasant points: light bulb exploded in our room toilet. But it was repaired immediately at my request, despite the fact that it was a day off. After a short time, the ventilation in the shower also burned out due to a short circuit. It seems that this happened due to poor insulation from moisture.||Also, I was embarrassed by a small fridge in the room. It had water and drinks, but it did not cool, although it made a lot of noise. So, I just turned it off.||||The staff in the kitchen is very friendly and the breakfasts were good size and tasty.||The kitchen has a table with toys for kids, where they can entertain themselves. The toys are normal, but I hope that they will be updated soon, some of them do not look very good.||||Next time I would prefer this hotel if I will in Lviv and can recommend it in terms of...
Read moreI do not recommend this hotel. It is a scam and a fraud.||||I booked it on Booking.com for 1500 UAH per night. In reality, the rooms are drastically different from the photos on the website, and not in a good way. The corners are dusty and filled with cobwebs, the pillowcases are dirty, there is a musty smell in the room, and the hallway reeks of cigarettes.||||At 5 a.m., there was no electricity, making it a real challenge to get ready for a 7:00 a.m. bus in complete darkness. Interestingly, there was light in the other wing of the hotel. Moreover, power outages are currently not an issue in Lviv. On the bright side, the receptionist was quite pleasant and allowed me to dry my hair at the front desk.||||I do not recommend this place; the location is not worth such blatant disrespect, especially at this price. It is neither cozy nor comfortable.||||Update: After leaving a negative review about my stay, the hotel canceled my booking and falsely claimed that I did not show up for check-in. This is an outright lie. Is this how you deal with negative reviews? 🤡||||When I called the hotel administration to clarify the situation, they blocked my number instead of...
