15 nights I stayed this hotel with my wife it's very bad experience house keeping very bad how many days they don't change bed sheet the towel they provide very smelly and full of stain look like misused but didn't wash and give to guest there is one guy name deb he is a good sweeper but all others are same worst thing is July 31 was my last day but I wanted to extend due to my own apartment was under renovation work not finish yet 9am I went to reception for extend my stay I wonder when they said we don't have room anymore reason is we don't do walk in but before that 2 times I extended walk in but that time they accept even first time I asked do I have to extend online or walk in possible receptionist said have option so they accept walk in question why they don't accept the time I need badly same day 12pm I has meeting with my client in ras al khaima I requested I have important meeting if I go for other hotel I can't attend meeting and I can't leave my wife at street she is new here she don't know anything but they refused and went for other hotel but cancelled my meeting a person spent 15 nights gave them business when hotel was empty but when they got demand they don't care because they will charge more from new guests such a bad experienced I had i wanted to call police file case against management i know the rules of uae but my wife stopped me10 years I'm in Dubai many times i booked hotels for my self and guests but this is my worst experience I must...

I needed to make an urgent phone call to a pharmacy at 5 am due to feeling unwell. Upon approaching the reception, I found Noman engrossed in a personal call in the back area, leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes. Be hosnestly I dont want to give even one star for service Coz of reception. I can’t t imaging all the bad comment are coz of reception😅. Hotel room is nice clean and standard. housekeeping and room dining staff are friendly. I Booked hotel for 2 nights to relax my dayoff for 2 person me and for my boyfriend when I check in I have a visitor my friend i was informed they took Id everything and she stay only 2 hr. next day 2 friends come to visit me and they told me one visitor only a same person allowed. I still understanding them. after I bring my friend to my room only 15 min .. then my boyfriend come back from work they called to me only 2 person in the room allowed I told them she will not be longer 30 min . reception said not allowed.
