I will try to make it short, scroll down for more details (Tears, Disappointment, Anger, Frustration, Waste of Money).
Hotel Premises – The hotel is showy from the outside, but once you enter in, smashed glass in the corridor which wasn’t maintained (and which will never be) puts you off already.
The hotel basically does not do any maintenance of their rooms, if you have an upcoming stay in this hotel apartment you are in for a surprise (a very nasty one).
Let’s start off by the entrance to your apartment, their Keycard does not work, literally every time they will program it to work at the reception, it will not work, so be ready to take 4 – 5 trips down to the reception asking WHY CAN’T YOU ENTER?
Once you enter in, the toilets (which is the first thing I look for in any hotel) is not maintained, there are urine stains on the toilet seat, and if u take a tissue and wipe on the edges, you will find fecal matter also sticking to the tissue.
Disgusted yet? Wait there is more….
The hotel charges you extra for a room with a balcony, a balcony that has noting in it, and if you shift to a room (which we were) with sofa and tables in balcony… they will be mismanaged broken, or smashed, just like your balcony glass.
The walls have pencil drawings of Human genitalia with absurd messages. Room 402 and 501, has no amenities for kitchenware, not even a saucepan to heat milk or water.
If you are booking it for one person you still won’t be alone as Room 501 has cockroach infestation – yes that’s right.
Both rooms 402 and 501 did not have any ironing board or iron as mentioned on booking.com website.
The safe locker was broken and despite calling 5 – 10 times nobody had replaced it for us.
The sofas had stains … which I’m not sure what stains they were but you will need a UV light to identify if it was human excreted liquid.
The air-condition – yes, the one that did not work, and they will send in maintenance while you are sitting there staring a team of 5 people staring at your private stuff and rummaging around your apartment (which should have been pre-arranged before the check in).
The TV has barely 2 – 3 working channels and its no use to take an HDMI cable as the tv is mounted into a cabinet.
In case you order anything (food, or document delivery) you will personally have to go down and collect as the hotel rules states that delivery will not be allowed personally to your door.
This is my personal experience and was confirmed by 03 of the hotel staff itself when they complained that the management does not replace or spend money on maintenance of the apartment. (The bellhop, the IT maintenance and the receptionist).
The stove is broken and does not work.
In short if somebody can get the authorities and shut down this hotel, they would be doing everyone a favor.

Read moreI just checked in the so called hotel in room / studio. Just upon arriving they you have to wait for 2 hrs. Not pls wait for 2 hrs. Anyway...
In those 2 hrs we saw people coming down from there rooms to ask for basic things like requesting for towels and they simply say the lanudry hasnt arrived. So be sure to bring your own bed sheets , pillow cover and towels.
The amazing wall clock isnt working. May be get ur own AA battery too if the clock bothers you. There is an issue with all the tvs also not working, ya but who needs a tv these days. So both bother either.
The wifi comes and goes all the time. Very important. They charged us like 30 dirham additional or more at the time of booking and they never mention it on the their website or any other website. They charge for the breakfast like all others hotels do in Dubai but this hotel does not provide you with any buffet or ala cart menu. Just basic bread buterr may be 1 egg or tea of ur choice. Forget asking again as they dont rules set by the owner. Its better you eat out rather paying them at the cost and for such bad service... I would like to rather be fasting instead of asking for food....
U are not allowed to bring any guests to your room what ever you may say. Again rules of the owner. Strange but yes its true.
If you agree by the rules if the great owner then pls feel free to pay them a tribute by staying. Whats more unfortunate is that they disclose the name of the owner too. Its even not great news for the owner. They must do something about it very soon.
Most important dont forget to take pictures of all the details of the broken things in the room at the time of checkin. Later you might end up paying an hefty penalty for any damamged which was not ur fault in the first place.
All together please book with them if u dont want to visit Dubai again in ur life time as this will be your worst experience of your life time. I mean after all its Dubai. I think they have to look into a major issue of security as i see the guard doing all the work in the hotel. Even small shop owners in entire Dubai have separate people assigned for specific work.
The manager at the reception didn't even bother to stand from his chair while we and other guests were standing during our check in. May be the due to the rules of the owner.
Pls never ever make this mistake like we did to book this hotel. Its the worst...
Read moreExtremely Pathetic attitude of the front desk manager Mr Qaiser iqbal , asking the guest " why i didnt come to the reception while checking out ,even though on call it was clearly agreed to check out before 2PM , later calling and disturbing at 2:30 with no logical reason , while we already left the premises before 2PM informing clearly on call from the room , very unprofessional person used abusive language when asked on what basis he wants the guest to come down as there is no official policy as such a guest can check out informing the hotel reception and leave the premises specially if it just one night stay , when i try to educate the manager , the manager started being abusive used "F" word and told not to come back to the hotel again as if its his own , when i asked to transfer the call to the superior , the front desk manager says no one is available thinking that he can get rid of his behaviour and words thats was used , its a serious concern specially in hospitality business people who are not fit for the job are somehow assigned without being educated enough on their job roles and responsibilities and how to value customers or any human being , i was very offended and shocked with the way they deal with their customer by whom the hotel runs and they get paid from , i would highly recommend everyone to not visit this hotel of tulip creek apartments of deira , pathetic treatment unprofessional and uneducated management , i have informed this situation to the operations head of tulip as it was adviced by one of the staff , after informing to take serious action against this staff to either terminate immediately or to transfer him somewhere but not in prime location as such, where he will be dealing with high standard guests who expects nothing but a exceptional hospitality by the hotel as a basic service .
This will be shared overall till the management will provide proof of action and compensate this...
