I am delighted to share my experience at Rove Healthcare City, Bur Dubai, where I decided to extend my long stay because of the outstanding hospitality and high-class service I continuously receive. From the very beginning, the team has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home. The manager, Mr. Sam, sets an excellent standard of leadership, ensuring that guests’ needs are always prioritized with genuine care. The reception team especially Makin and Islam deserve special recognition for their professionalism, efficiency, and warm, welcoming attitude every time I interact with them. Equally impressive is the housekeeping service. My room is always maintained with meticulous attention to detail and great care, creating a spotless and comfortable environment. The housekeeping staff’s polite demeanor and professionalism add an extra touch that makes the stay even more pleasant. What stands out most at Rove Healthcare City is how much the entire team values residents’ convenience, comfort, and respect. They consistently make every effort to ensure everything is easy, smooth, and excellent for their guests, which is why I chose to extend my stay without hesitation. On top of all this, when it comes to price and value, Rove Healthcare City is simply unmatched. They offer one of the best price points in Dubai while maintaining high standards and excellent quality, making the experience not only enjoyable but also very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that combines modern comfort, genuine hospitality, and unbeatable value. Very rude behavior of receptionist

It was 2:00am in the morning, my visitor and I passed by reception and went to straight to the room. After 5 minutes, a guy named "Islam", an egyptian guy from the reception, knock on our door eventhough the DND sign was there. I opened it and he told me that I need to send the emirates ID of my visitor to the reception for scanning. So I told him "okay, my visitor is in the bathroom, the ID is in the travel case, we need to open it because we came from the airport. After that we will go down ".

But this unprofessional , rude receptionist knocked again after 2 minutes to ask us to go down to scan and he is waiting outside our door. Again, i opened the door even the DND sign was there. He abruptly and confronted us with a loud voice saying" im waiting here long time, we need the ID to be scanned".. and then the confrontation and loud arguments happened outside the door.

I called the reception to talk to the night manager but they said the manager was not there. (No night manager available???? In any case)

This is really a bad and uncomfortable experience to us since we've been here a lot of times in this hotel branch and other different rove branches. We know the procedure.

Since DND sign was there, he should or tried call over phone. Its 2:00am , very early in the morning, whats the urgency of the ID. We are tired and exhausted. We really need peace and a quiet sleep. Those words, unpolite, rudeness behavior shown by the receptionist looks like he is untrained to handle guest.

I think the management should...

We’ve stayed at Rove Healthcare City Oud Metha multiple times, and each visit feels like coming home — thanks to their incredible team who consistently go above and beyond.

A special shoutout to their reception team especially Jackie, whose warm welcome and genuine recognition of us as repeat guests made us feel truly valued. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Jackie absolutely nailed it.

Bea from the restaurant also made our mornings extra special by remembering our exact breakfast orders — such a thoughtful and personal touch that left us smiling every day.

The housekeeping staff are superb — consistent, respectful, and always keeping the rooms clean and fresh.

Speaking of rooms, both the room and bathroom sizes are decent — spacious enough to be comfortable for longer stays.

The gym deserves a mention too. It’s pretty decent, well-maintained, and always smells good!

Breakfast is amazing, with a wide and fresh selection. We especially love their assortment of freshly made breads, the option to DIY granola parfait, and whenever it’s available, the smoked salmon is a real treat.

The location is also strategic — close to key areas like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and DIFC, yet tucked in a quiet, accessible part of Oud Metha. It’s perfect whether you’re in town for work or leisure.
