I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and deep dissatisfaction with two recent stays at your hotel. My family and I experienced significant issues that severely impacted our visits, particularly for guests traveling from the Philippines.
Stay 1: Check-in on July 23, 2025. Our first booking was for a Deluxe Suite (4 adults, 1 child) checking in on July 23rd, 2025 via Agoda. The booking explicitly stated '1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed'.
Upon our arrival at approximately 7:30 PM, we were made to wait for around 30 minutes because the room was reportedly 'not yet ready.' This was incredibly frustrating, especially as our guests had just arrived from the Philippines and were very tired. After this delay, a receptionist informed us that no Deluxe Suite was available, which was baffling given our confirmed booking.
After a further delay, the receptionist offered us two normal rooms, which we declined as we specifically booked a Deluxe Suite for the spaciousness. We then waited an additional 45 minutes for the Deluxe Suite to be cleaned and prepared, despite being initially told it would only take 15 minutes. While the receptionist sincerely apologized and offered a late check-out and two extra beds (instead of the one implied by 'single bed' in the booking), the initial experience was highly stressful and unprofessional.
Stay 2: Check-in on August 2, 2025. Our second booking for a Deluxe Suite (4 adults, 1 child), also stating '1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed,' was on August 2nd, 2025 again via Agoda. We checked in at 3:00 PM.
The most concerning issue occurred when we requested an extra bed, as per our booking and previous experience. Mr. Sham from Afghanistan informed us, in an incredibly arrogant manner, that it would be chargeable. When I questioned this, explaining that our booking mentioned a 'single bed' and that we had received a complimentary extra bed during our previous stay (and my cousin had as well in May 2025 for the same room type), he repeatedly and rudely asserted that the 'single bed' referred to a sofa bed and that he had already told me '3 times.' His tone and unwillingness to engage respectfully were completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, we were surprised by your stated policy of a 100 AED charge for visitors, even for a few minutes, which we were never informed of upon check-in. This policy also seemed inconsistently enforced, as we observed numerous people staying and partying in rooms beside ours, suggesting a selective application of rules.
These incidents highlight a complete lack of consistency in your service, misleading booking information, and, most concerningly, staff members displaying arrogance and poor communication skills, particularly Mr. Sham who is currently on duty...
Read morei booked deluxe room on june 9 and 10 which is only overnight, and i have some freinds to visit me,, exactly 2:45 the security knock on my room and he ask me "how many are you in the room." (he is already rude) and i said "6 , they are about to leave couz they visited me.," the security said again "go out! all of you out." as what i said in a proper way again " they are about to go, they are my visitor's." the security said. no!! only two in the room! you need to go out.!all of you... i will wait here" so i closed the door and i said to my visitor's that we need to go out. while we are preparing our things to go out the room theres two security again who went up infront of my door, one is wearing white longsslleeve white black tie..( i know that he is bouncer to the club) i was so upset and i was so embarassed!!!why we kick out of the room that i paid for!! they didn't talk to me in a nice way.!!totally injustice!!!it was like we are thief that we caught, it was like we did not pay for that room!!!!!..as i went down to the front desk ..the guy there who was in the night shift are so rude too..!! he was noe listening to me...that's not my job to ask them if they visitors are allowed inside my room, they shoukd tell me first before i check-in,, and one more thing. they took the EID of my visitors,so that they cannot go out in the hotel... first they don't have the right to take any EID(only police can do that or COD) of my visitor and they hold them like 30mins...and that's illegal detention....ask i'm talking to the staff in the front desk, i'm just wondering why on earth they took the EID of my visitors but i saw a lot if people who coming-in and out of the hotel and they are bot checking their EID and they didn't even ask where tney are going...my experience you're hotel wasn't good...this is not my first tome to booked a hotel here in dubai..i booked thia hotel to reconnect with mu friends couz all of them ate living here in dubai..both of them are so rude..they are racist..while i'm talking to them that security is laughing it on my face..he is happy of what he did to us..and also that front desk staff..so unprofessional...i told to him "when i was checking in 5star hotel, the staff saying that "visitors are allowed but in the room only, not in amenities" and the front desk answer me "no!!visitors are not allowed!! so how come and how that you are so sure those people coming-in and out pf your hotel was not visitors???how can you sure that they will go to the club???how???? we out of my room that i paid for..i just stayed like 5hrs only!!!!its horroble and injustice experienced..Racist staff...

All jokes aside this hotel offers you nothing but care and love and whatever u wish and ask for they are more then happy to help.
It beggers belief that someone would stay at such a clean and safe hotrl and quite frankly be surrounded by outstanding staff and moan and complain
I truly get so frustrated when I saw such effort 👌 was put in not only to my stay but every guest!!!! And KARENS want to moan.
If you have every played MortalKombat you know when it says FLAWLESS VICTORY ✌️ that's how spanking clean the rooms it made me want to shout out FLAWLESS VICTORY
Seriously well done on all the staff and the management especially because I know what goes into running a hotel successfully and having guests feel amongst a family within and you did that excellently.
For my actual review on each part of the stay
Food: FRESH!!!! Quantity!!!!!! no1 Quality 7 🌟
Room: Feel like your inside a kingdom within a kingdom. MASSIVE BEDS for my big head was a perfect sleep every time. 7 STAR
Facilties: Sshhhhh there isn't a secret sauna and stream room which i compare to the aroma of the Bath sauna and stream rooms in the UK 100 STARS 🌟 ACTUALLY SLIGHTLY BETTER MORE OF A MUSK SCENTED FROM HEAVEN!!!
STAFF: FAMILY !!!! YOU CANT CALL WHAT THEY DO HERE STAFF 7 STARS
So how about this whoever writes reviews for hotels and gives them there stars please please please I urge you to look yourself in the mirror and tell me how the hell dont they get 5stars at least !!!!!

Families coming to dubai : The kids will love it... eating all they want and playing in the pool and having loads of fun close by there is a kids park. What a choice for families and the price and the beds are luxury

Civilians: Karen's please leave this hotel alone. Alone travellers everything you wish for. You want silence you have that. You want to socialise you can do.... friendly isn't the word for this group of workers. It makes me so sad to see in my work place and other work places a disengaged workforce and squabbling fights and you come to AAVRI and see actual peace and harmony amongst a bustling mix of the world
