Bianca Guest House — Hotel in Great Britain

As we walked in on our first entrance I smiled and greeted the man at that he just looked at both me and my partner without saying hello or smiling and just simply said ho through to the bar area... we went in and he still never introduced himself or said hello and just explained the keys and house rules and that was it... I never saw his wife at all apart from once when she was going outside.... again just about said hello... the room was filthy I have pictures of thick dust and a dirty toilet seat... there was a weird blood stain again pictures I've took on the top of the bed... breakfast was rubbish beans weren't cooked Rock hard and grisly sausage there was orange juice on the table it was in a shot glass not even a normal size glass.... on departing the guesthouse none of the staff were about so I just dropped the keys on the bar area again now goodbyes...the man carnt even crack a smile.. also he said the bar was open from 7-11 me and my partner went to go down into the bar and it was all closed up no lights on or anything so we went to a pub instead.... how people say these people are welcome and its clean is beyond me... never again will I come back I've been in so many better guest houses in Blackpool very...

All the stars ..& more at the Bianca ! .. Great short term stay ( 4 Days ) ... We were made very welcome from the moment we landed ... Sandra & John offer a genuine friendly atmosphere & provide real home comforts ! ... Winter Gardens offered us two superb nights at the Darts ! ... We gave Sandra a call some months ago ...& she went out of her way to purchase some tickets for two sessions ! .. Much appreciated ...& we didn't have to pay for them until we landed ... Before finishing ...we would like to also recommend the Bianca Breakfast ... ... Which,believe me ! ...sets you up for the day ...whichever activity you choose to explore...if you have read this through to the end ...then why not book your Blackpool stay with this lovely couple ...you will not be disappointed ! ...thanks once again for a superb holiday break ...We will be back ! .. When we arrived we were met by the owner who quite frankly wasn't welcoming at all compared to other places we have stayed in. The room was very cold as we were at the top of the house, the shower cubicle was dirty with either eye lashes or something else and the shower itself wasn't clean. The heater in the bathroom didn't work. There was no breakfast in the morning as my partner was the only person in the hotel and they didn't see the point of cooking. The bar is dated and again didn feel welcoming. I have seen some reviews which say the opposite. Its just a shame we saw the not so good side and it will be one we won't visit again especially as we stay in Blackpool...
