Juicy Lobster — Restaurant in Great Britain

Just been into the juicy lobster for Mother’s Day. As soon as we turned up the customer service was brilliant. Staff were really welcoming got us seared immediately. Tables were clean atmosphere was perfect, busy, lovely music but not too loud. They came over to serve us nice and quick but giving us enough time to decide. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. Drinks came really quick which is always a good sign. Food came out within good time too, I had muscles for starter which were amazing and bread on the table as well. Then they came over and asked us if we were ready for our mains, which also came out within good time. They approached the table a few times to check we were okay and happy with our food. I couldn’t finish my main so I asked to take it away which they were more than happy to do. They also then asked if we wanted desserts (there isn’t much variety) however the desserts which was a lemon cheesecake was lovely. We then went up and paid, and the guy at the counter called me over and handed me some flowers to give to my mother for Mother’s Day which I thought was a lovely added touch and something they didn’t have to do. My mother then thanked him and he made a joke and said they’re not from me, they’re from your daughter. Again just showing how friendly and welcoming they are. All added a nice touch and topped off the lovely meal we’d just had. The price of the food was reasonable as well. £90 for 3 including 3 starters, 3 mains, 2 desserts and 5 drinks. A wonderful and much-needed addition to this area of Blackpool—I sincerely hope this new family-run business thrives and continues to grow in popularity.

We visited this evening as a party of eight for birthday celebrations. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and hospitable. They were more than just waiting staff; they were a fantastic team who clearly love what they do and are passionate about their business. Throughout the evening, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, accommodating our every need.

The menu offered a good variety of options, most of which were very reasonably priced. I chose the Calamari Fritti to start, followed by the Pollo Cacciatore special for my main. Both portions were far more generous than I had expected—a pleasant surprise. The food was beautifully presented, well-cooked, and tasted fantastic; incredible value for the quality, standard, and portion sizes provided.

Just had a meal at Juicy Lobster and I have to say, it was such a great experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the place felt welcoming and had a really nice atmosphere :clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive without being over the top, which made me feel relaxed straight away.

The food itself was absolutely spot on. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour, clearly made with quality ingredients. The lobster was cooked perfectly :juicy, tender, and well seasoned and the sides complemented it really well. You can tell they put care into presentation too, because the dishes came out looking just as good as they tasted.
