my daughter made and order and my 2 kids who were the only ones who consumed it became very very ill , sickness puking up there organ litrrally, and non stop diahorea, the doctors confirmed its food poisoning , my daughter has had to take 2 days off work , a very expensive takeaway its been , losing out 2days wage ( £80) plus the cost of the food , iv called them complaing and am hitting a brick wall , i will b calling back an if not compensated i will be taking the matter further and suing thems , lets see ? do not turn a blind eye and ignore if same happens to you or anyone , we buy food to eat not get ill and ontop lose more money and suffering , ITS NOT ON, sayin that 99% there spot on , but when issues arise all takeaway should take responsibilty and compensate accordingly not ignore the matter or become rude and aggresive, i wont let it go either way they will sort it out ? its a matter...

Wanted to order pizzas for my family as we stayed at Savoy Hotel in Blackpool. The person on the phone was very rude. When placed an order using Ubereats which was working out cheap as compared to ordering directly with them. I called to find out if they got the correct delivery address as Savoy did not appear on the app instead it said Queen’s Promenade the same guy picked up phone and questioned me “If I am ordering for the first time” he said “I am very busy and do not have time for this”. He talks in very insulting manner. At last the delivery arrived and it was think crust when I added instructions for Deep Crust. The crust was burnt (photo attached) and pizza looked smaller than 14 inches and was okish nothing special. I wouldn't even give a one star if possible after ordering at ten past 11 the food finally came at 1am, forty five minutes after the given time with no further updates as to why it was late!! Food arrived COLD AND HARD will never order again disgusting service!! Tried to contact the restaurant for a full half hour on repeat redial not once did it go through SURPRISINGLY, massively AVOID FOOD went in the bin was clearly old and inedible!
