Suli Grill and BBQ — Restaurant in England

I am very unhappy with not only the food but also the service I received. Me and my pregnant wife bought some chicken from this restaurant for takeaway, and we got home realising that the chicken was not cooked properly and very pink, I’ve uploaded a picture to show the condition of the chicken we received. After about an hour of finishing our food, my wife complained that she was feeling very unwell and maybe it was from the chicken. Barring in mind, she is 6 months pregnant and was throwing up all night, didn’t sleep and couldn’t stop going to the toilet. This persisted the next day, so I went back to the restaurant midday to explain to them the food I’d received made me and my wife feel very sick, alongside the photo for evidence of the food we received. I explained to the waiter that It’s very dangerous for a pregnant woman to eat food that isn’t cooked properly. He apologised and said he would offer a refund or a meal on the house for free, I explained to him that we would come back later for dinner as I went there quite early and this wasn’t a problem so he said to come back later. We went back later to get my dinner, and the same man that I spoke to earlier on the same day claimed that he couldn’t give me a refund or a meal that he’d promised. I’m very angry that this restaurant not only made my pregnant wife and unborn daughter vulnerable and very sick, but also the service I received in response to this issue was not professional, and he claimed that “all the chicken looks like this, and that it’s ‘normal’”. We are loyal customers, and usually only ever get lamb from this restaurant with no problems, as soon as we ordered chicken there was a problem and they couldn’t help or deal with the issue in a professional manner. First time trying this place, will definitely order again. Mixed grill was delicious, all the meat so flavourful especially the lamb chops, absolutely divine, some of the nicest lamb I've ever had! Didn't need any sauce with it, the meat was just so tasty from the marinade & charcoal grill.

Loved the rice as well, salad was crisp & fresh, nice chargrilled veg served with the kebab & the bread underneath to soak up the meat juices was so good. Also the complimentary lentil soup, just as lovely as the rest.

Couldn't fault any of it & look forward to trying more of the menu! Fairly priced too for the quality of the food & large portion sizes. Delivery was fast within 30 mins - but I really want to eat in now at the restaurant to get the full experience & try the...

Absolute gem of a find this, we were down for the weekend for the Firework display and it got to dinner time and really struggled to find somewhere that could accommodate us all as there was 4 adults and 3 kids with 2 pushchairs. Absolutely made up that no where else could take us in, food is gorgeous, staff couldn't do anymore to help you and we was really shocked at how much it cost us (in a good way) personally I was expecting a lot more of a price for the quality and quantity of food, it is cheaper to eat out here than it is to have a takeaway delivered to your house.
