Parked here briefly while trying to get directions for somewhere else. Was called a C word and everything else in between. What a welcome to Blackpool! Rude and even threw a cup of coffee at the lady next door which went all over the car parked there. Evil men that should be nowhere near the hospitality industry. Also said racist things about the lady next door and referenced an agreement 2 weeks ago that had nothing to do with me. Avoid at all costs. 0/10 if I could give lower I would. They do have CCTV outside the property wouldn't surprisee if this was not posted. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
In reply to the review below they are correct I did not stay there. That does not mean I shouldn't be warning others of vile behavior by the owners.
Not sure how I could be homophobic when I'm a homosexual myself. As for getting physically abusive how could I have done this when I didn't even get out my car?
As for the opportunity to ask if we could park on your drive you came out shouting within seconds of being there kicking off at nothing no opportunity to do so. I could not park where you are expecting me to do so as as stated we did not know where that hotel was.
You did throw your coffee at the Asian lady. If you're so convinced you can show everyone the CCTV where this all happened and show me being homophobic, physically abusive (from my car some how) and verbal abusive to you. You won't because you will see how bad your behavior was. Should be embarrassed. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
The truth will come out. I was not there to park permanently why would I want to park outside a hotel I'm not staying at doesn't make sense. I tried to calm the situation down to no avail. Nothing mentioned of the coffee you threw over the lady next door and you think we were physically abusive?
Just post the CCTV. You'll see me not be homophobic not sure how I could've been? Also you being aggressive and throwing coffee. Not me or my party you. But you won't post it because you will see how badly you behaved.
Another edit - sorry about your mum but you did throw coffee at the lady next...
Read moreAfter a pleasant previous stay at the Camelot in Aug 2017, I returned a year later and enjoyed the same friendly welcome, hosting and accommodation that I’d experienced the first time around.||John is a great host, he puts a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable as a guest and provided for everything we required. He recommended local places to stop for food or a drink and generally treated all six of our party with kindness and professionalism. ||The location is perfect (just a few minutes from the sea front or our destination Winter Gardens). The rooms were clean and well ventilated, and the breakfast was lovely. ||Overall we had a fantastic stay and I can’t wait to return again in a...
Read moreVery poor management mold in rooms kids beds very uncomfortable. Says five star rating for food hygiene but that’s just a sticker. Food is poorly cooked and very cheap ingredients. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Pete is very smelly and didn’t change his clothes the full 10 days. If it wasn’t for the fact I had children and nowhere else to go I had to stay. Very dirty kitchen and green water bad smell from the drains. No slip mats in the shower cubicle and very slippy. Rude and inappropriate comments made by Pete to female. Fantastic house keeping but I believe she is overly worked while he just sits looking...
