I stayed here for one night on 29th May, although there were no major issues with the apartment apart from it being a bit dirty in places, the level of customer service since checking out has been appalling.
It began when querying why I had only received £86 of the £100 damage deposit back. According to the owners I had chipped a bowl and there was a fork missing which was impossible as netiher of these items had been used during the stay. I kindly explained that all we had used was 2x glasses, 2x mugs, 2x small side plates and a spoon which were washed and left on the drying rack prior to departure. The only meal we had eaten in the apartment was sandwiches and crisps which require netiher a bowl or fork.
As it stands the owners are now no longer replying to messages sent and I am down £14 because of someone else. It looks like the inventories taken by the cleaners are about as through as their cleaning... Not very! I would suggest taking note of what is in the property when you check in to avoid this happening to anyone else.
This has left me feeling robbed and scammed by the company. I am a decent human and would have no issue admitting to any damage if there had been any. I am disgusted at the way I have been treated.

Read moreHaving stayed last week with a young family we were blown away with the apartment. Very well kept, fantastic location and great communication with Capri stays. We would and will stay here again.
A few things we found to make it easier is you can park directly outside the apartments to unload. When you have kids it makes it easier and less stressful than carting luggage through Blackpool. We then Parked at the multi storey 5 mins away which was £18 for 3 days stay.
Sainsbury's is just up the road so any essentials is easily within walking distance.
The tower, shops and arcade are a 5 minute walk away and for once we never used the car at all for the whole duration of our stay!

We didn't leave anything for your housekeepers to deal with that wasn't there when we got there. It nearly ruined our holiday and you have the cheek to say it was us.
