Carlton Court — Hotel in London

I stayed here from 14-26 May 2017, I reserved through their web site. after I received a call from MS GINETTE HAIAT who was supper sweet and told me about all the details of the place actually as if she took me there. she offered me the option of a pick up from the airport. when I arrived she received me in very pleasant way and made me feel home. the apartment was supper clean and quite. spacious comfortable space had a washer and a dryer. towels were excellent quality and match 5 star hotels standards. the guys at the reception Ahmad & Ibrahim were very friendly and extended best of their help whenever I needed it.||moreover, I forgot some of my stuff cuz I was in a rush to get to airport, Ms Ginette dropped an email to offer that she will keep it till I come next time or if I want it to be send to Kuwait. I am a frequent traveler to London and with no doubt I can say that this is the best apartment I have stayed in operated by very professional supper sweet people.||||thanks to all of you & look forward to see you in the very near...

I am realy happy with the services and the people working in Carlton Court..I have reached around 7:00pm and Mrs.Gienette haiat welcomed me warmly along with her staff ..She sent Mr. Ahmed with us to show us our Apartment and helping us sattling in it..Mrs.Gienette did a very good discount once she knew that i am paying the charges in cash and she was keeping asking me for any help during my stay ..The managment were so gentle and kind and the staff were so helpfull.I will recomend my family and my friends to choose Carlton Court to share with me the wonderfull experience that I had..The place is well secured and nobody will bothor you privacy ..I felt like a home..God bless Mrs.Genette and her staff and wish them...

We are a family of 4 - We recently stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in. I can not thank Ginette & her staff enough for making our stay a fantastic one! They could not do enough for us. I would recommend these apartments to everyone - we will definitely be returning.
