Servers do not even come around and check on you, rude to boot. It took us over an hour to be seated. We have been served by Nabil. He was so rude, he treated us un professionally. He was saying "i know that the service is bad but you came for the food" Further, I have asked for an extra sauce, he said sorry we don't longer give an extra sauces! While The waiter who was responsible for the table behind us has given them so many sauces! We were so surprised Unfortunately. 2 stars goes to the burger...

Updated review: The waiter was making jokes and pranks about our dietary requirements which was very very inappropriate and disrespectful..I understand he might not mean it in a bad way, but we felt very uncomfortable and we actually lost the appetite Tried the risotto was nice. Shrimps are delicious Old review: Very basic food Nothing special Very small place not enough for baby pushchair, kids are not allowed in only outer seats. Staff not welcoming at all The atmosphere is so uncomfortable.

🍽Food: 5/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 4/5 🪑Ambiance: 3/5 (A bit tight/crowded) 📝Notes: It felt a little different coming post COVID. But the good news is that the food has been the same. During the summer I realized that there wasn’t a single table that was not arab. You would have to bare that in mind 😅 The service is as good as it can be, since the restaurant is small and all the tables are full. PS. Reservations are through SMS only and the restaurant is only open after 6PM.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE (ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO GET A BURGER) Attitude: 0 out 5 Food: Never had the chance to experience

One of my worst restaurant experience! I would rate it zero if google allows it!

Let me share with you what happened with me: 1-I had a reservation at 6:15 which is the opening time of the restaurant.

2- I already knew what I was going to order, the waiter came and gave him my order (2 burgers, 1 mac & chesse )

3- Only mac and cheese came , where the 3 tables next to me had their full order on the table where I said to myself maybe they will bring my burger after the mac & cheese! Unfortunately I was fooling myself.

4- I kept waiting for a while, and I asked the waiter where is my burger! His response was "they made a mistake and your shall arrive soon". He came back again and said your burger will be on the table after 5 minutes. My patience was tested many time and I told him OK and started my Apple Watch timer for 5 minutes, and once again they failed miserably.

5- I had enough after the promised 5 minutes, when I saw the table behind me having their second burger order served where I was the the first to get seated! I walked straight to manger "THE MOST RUDEST PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER MET" and told him I am sad for the level of service I am getting! I immediately knew what type of person he was when at first, didn't apologize and secondly, he started blaming his employees! I asked if a burger takes 1:30 to be cooked? His answer was : "your burger is on its way". I demanded to just get the check and pay for the mac & cheese , I expected it will be on the house but unfortunately I was fooling...

On Wednesday, June 14, 2025, between 8:45 PM and 9:20 PM,

I had a very unpleasant and discriminatory experience at Ferdi restaurant in London. Upon being seated, I informed the waitress that I was uncomfortable with my table as it was cramped and located in a busy passageway. She initially acknowledged my concern and promised to relocate me once a better table became available.

After about 10 minutes, I noticed several empty tables and reminded her of my request. Surprisingly, she declined to move me and suggested I speak with the manager. When I reiterated my discomfort due to the tight space and the availability of other tables, she raised her voice and made inappropriate comments about Arab culture, implying that we dislike sitting near others. Her loud tone and exasperated hand gestures attracted the attention of everyone in the restaurant, making the situation even more uncomfortable.

I attempted to calm the situation and expressed that I simply wanted to be heard as a customer. She responded by stating that she didn’t care to listen and was indifferent to customer satisfaction.

It’s shocking that restaurant like Ferdi would employ staff who exhibit such discriminatory behavior and lack basic customer service skills. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future, and I hope to get an official apology for...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Ferdii, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter. What stood out most about this restaurant was not just the poor service, but the blatant and disturbing discrimination directed towards Arabs and people of Middle Eastern descent.

From the moment my group, which included Arab friends, entered the establishment, it was evident that we were treated differently. The hostess appeared unwelcoming. Once seated, the server's attitude took a hostile turn. They were rude and condescending towards my Arab friends, making derogatory comments and displaying a complete disregard for their comfort and dining experience.

It's disheartening and deeply troubling to witness such discrimination in a supposedly inclusive and diverse society. Every diner should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or ethnicity.

As a result, I cannot recommend Ferdii to anyone, particularly if you are of Middle Eastern descent. The service we encountered was not just bad but outright offensive, and no one should have to endure such mistreatment while dining out. Yes the food was great, but discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I hope this restaurant takes serious steps to address and rectify this...
