THIS business stole 520$ from me. DO NOT STAY HERE I had a very disappointing experience with this property. I contacted them in advance to request a cancellation and refund for my booking from October 16–20, explaining my situation clearly and politely. They initially told me that if my room got rebooked, they would issue a full refund, and even mentioned that they were confident it would be booked due to high demand. I also added the photo of the booked up room.
After that, communication became frustratingly inconsistent. They told me they would “inform me on October 20,” but despite multiple polite follow-ups, they completely stopped responding and never updated me. I even contacted them through both Booking.com messages and WhatsApp, but still received no resolution.
(STILL HASNT RESPONDED TO ME) They literally STOLE my money AND booked another couple in my room so they double profited.
THIS ALSO HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO WEEKS.
The lack of professionalism and follow-through was very disappointing. I did everything they asked submitted the cancellation, provided my booking number, and followed up multiple times, yet they never honored their word.
Would not recommend booking here, as the management seems unreliable and untrustworthy when it comes to handling...
Read moreDisgusting accommodation. We stayed at no. 22 Tavistock place, Seymour house. Too many things to list but here are a few….bathroom door hanging off, no handles on bedroom door, sink and shower didn’t drain, no toilet paper, no wifi, tv broken, dishes were still dirty and dish towels were damp and obviously not cleaned for next guests, pull out couch was unusable because of bar across your back. Stairs were a death trap outside, no lift to the apartment, bedroom window faced out to the common walkway with unsavoury characters walking by all night. We left for another hotel after two nights. Owner didn’t care and wouldn’t refund any of our money. Don’t stay in this building. All the apartments for rent are owned by the...
Read moreI've been in London many times, but this was one of the best accomodations I have ever had. Staff was exceptionally friedly and always quick in answering questions. I was travelling on my own and had an apartment with a kitchen, but it would have definitely been big enough for two people. Furnishing is not the newest but clean and the bed was very comfortable (which is not always the case in London!). The location is amazing. The appartement is located in a quiet street next to the British Museum close to Seven Dials Market, Covent Garden and Soho. Basically everything is in walking distance. (And if you don't like walking, several tube stations and bus stops are...
