My experience at the hair salon with Takii was horrible. Not only did he not show me any respect, but he also made me wait for an unreasonable amount of time while he attended to other things. As soon as I arrived, Takii didn't bother acknowledging me or even greeting me. He was preoccupied with other customers. Despite my presence, he kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes before he finally decided to start cutting my hair. Once he started cutting my hair, Takii would constantly stop to attend to other things, such as help other barber cut other customers hair. He left me sitting in the chair for long periods of time while he went off to do other things. It was extremely frustrating and disrespectful, and it made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. To make matters worse, Takii seemed to have no regard for my hair or my desired style. He was rough with my hair and scalp, and he didn't take any time or effort to ensure that I was comfortable or satisfied with the cut. When I tried to communicate my preferences to him, he dismissed my requests and continued to cut my hair the way he wanted. Overall, my experience with Takii was unacceptable. Don't have Airi cut your hair. If you have booked Airi, cancel it, get someone else to do it or better yet, go somewhere else!! This was the worst haircut I have ever had. She was rude and condescending during the haircut and despite trying multiple times to communicate what I wanted, she acts as if she understands then just cut it however she wants with NO REGARD to what I wanted and it became extremely clear that she had no idea what she was doing. MY HAIR LOOK LIKE A DOG BIT IT, IT IS HORRENDOUS!!! The whole experience traumatic and I was crying by the time I left because that's how bad of a job she did. Top 5 worst haircuts I have ever had. I genuinely wonder if all of the five star reviews are fake or bought, because there's no way this is an experienced salon. I have had student hairdressers cut my hair better than this! You are be better off going to almost any other hairdressers in London because you couldn't pay me to have her cut my hair again. I'm being serious, don't go here!!! This is my first visit at Eton Crop and I am quite disappointed after my haircut. I decided to have a haircut at Eton Crop is because of the excellent reviews on Google and Yelp. I don't agree with the reviews after my visit. The stylist who cut my hair is very friendly and very polite and he tries his best to listen to you. However, sometimes I felt that he doesn't understand what I was saying/what I wanted due not speaking the best English. The haircut was okay, it was not the best one I had, but it wasn't the worst. I am not too impressed with my fringe. I was looking forward to the little head massage during shampoo, as people were raving about it. It's disappointed that there was no massaging at all and it was just a simple 2 min basic wash with shampoo and rinse off. (no conditioning) There was also no 2nd hair wash after cutting. Some people mentioned about sketches of how they cut and style your hair for future reference and opening personal file, they either forgot this or scrap this. Eton Crop is definitely not the best...
