It's a classic arrow mine train. It's a pretty fun ride too. It has a nice long layout with three lift hills going on a scenic tour through this part of the park. The ending is the best part of the ride. You need to be sitting in the back row for this part. After you ascend the 3rd lift hill you enter into a saloon which is actually neatly themed. The drop off the lift has a surprisingly good airtime pop and it rushes to the finish. It is a fun ride, but very janky, you can feel it's age. There isn't very many noteworthy elements on this ride other than the finale. That's why I can't give it 5 stars, but you should absolutely check out this classic ride...

The original Mine Train roller coaster from Arrow Development, who also made the first log flume (El Aserradero) and the Disneyland Matterhorn (first tubular steel coaster), is still a thrill after nearly 60 years. Read moreWarning! When going up the chain lifts on this ride, lean forward. If you don’t, your head may bang against he head rest, and you’ll probably get a headache.
Also, if you’re riding toward the back of the train, brace yourself after going through the indoor room with mannequins. There is a drop that may make you feel like you’re falling out, due to the fact that the restraints won’t always fit snug against you.
