I couldn't find a Sam's person to help me buy a 65" TV. I ended up loading this big heavy box standing up on a flat cart by myself. I asked a Sam's employee to help me and she just got the scanner and told me to scan a small strip at the bottom of the box and walked away. I tried to scan the box but I was holding up the box and trying to find the right bar code.
