Read moreThis was our first time here and it's a really pretty trail. It's fairly rugged but not overly difficult. The only "issue" is that Google maps takes you to the trailhead proper, which is cool, except if you're driving there (and you probably are) there's no actual parking. You have to park in the Spec's lot and walk the short distance to it. I don't mind that but it was a little confusing as we were expecting a parking lot. Also being a Sunday and Spec's being closed, all was well but I wonder if they appreciate non-customer parking on days...

A lot of bicyclists flying by also through the parking lot in and out of the trail. Lots of paths & space can go back more than once for a new hike & spend a long time exploring, some treacherous spots on the trail watch your step & also flat smooth trails for walking & running.
