We flew in on a family emergency for our grandmother who is in the hospital with cancer and as soon as we walked into the rooms we noticed the bed sizes were not what was advertised on their website when we asked if there was another room we could sleep in with bigger beds they told us no and then told us they could bring another bed if we paid $25 at that point we did not want to stay in the hotel because of the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways which reeked with the smell of marijuana. We decided we will not be spending the night somewhere where we feel unsafe and was falsely advertised so we asked for a complete refund since we walked in the room and immediately left it the front desk told us it was policy to pay for the first night so they pick and choose which policies to enforce when people are smoking marijuana on their property. We expressed our concerns and was met with rude and disrespectful behavior after expressing the reasoning for our trip we then asked for a manager which we were then told “Is 8 o’clock the right time to speak with a manager?” when you are manager you should be able to handle the responsibilities of your establishment especially when it’s a hotel. We then asked to see the policy in which it explains why we cannot receive a full refund and the front desk lady was completely lost and told me to look for it. Very unprofessional behavior with lack of basic knowledge for their own establishments policies to which they pick and choose to enforce. We were told the managers hours is “maybe” around 9 to 11 am or 11 to 3 pm he decides when to come in. They wouldn’t even give us their names and once we left the establishment the front desk lady screamed at us saying to “shut up” very professional and upholds a great look for a place of business. No apologies and nothing but disrespect for our current situation which is already a lot...

The night before I stayed at the worst hotel of my life and it was a Super 8 so I was very concerned. I was so happy upon arrival. The outside was clean and decorated beautifully with seasonal flowers. Walking in we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who was welcoming and informative. Check in was a breeze. He made us feel comfortable and welcome to come to him with any issues. There is a TV at the desk that has many camera views which made us feel great about the car and location. The hallway smelled great and once entering the room we were very happy. Room was clean and fresh. The linens were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Each night when we came back the room was tidy, cleaned, the beds made and fresh towels! The refrigerator kept our stuff cold! I read on someone else's review before complaining about the breakfast. It is a grab and go. It is a bag (similar to a handled gift bag) that had 2 granola type bars, 2 boxes of juice, a muffin and a pastry. There was available to add to your bag some yogurt, couple varieties of oatmeal, packages of boiled eggs and Sargento balanced breaks that contains dried fruit, nuts and cheese. There is coffee in the lobby or coffee maker and coffee in the room. I couldn't complain at all about this breakfast because we took what we wanted with us for snacks during the day. Fresh fruit could be added, but with all that is included it was fine for us. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, a hello, small chitchat and each person at the desk wished us a good day or a welcome back. If I ever travel back to the area I would stay here again without...

I don't recommend this hotel. The front counter clerk was unfriendly. Never smiles or greeted us. We wanted to check in a little early (about an hour before) and I believe the manager or owner said it's not possible because of their system would change us a early arrival fee. With technology today, you would think there would be a way to check in a little earlier if rooms are cleaned. The hotel wasn't busy. We booked this hotel because it included breakfast. There was no breakfast. Again, the bowser said the breakfast room was closes so we would get a garb and go bag in the morning. The food was gross. I would have been able to look past all of that, but the real reason this hotel gets a poor review is because of the argument between owner and staff member in the middle of the night. We were woken up at 1:40 am with a woman screaming and a loud bang. The woman said don't you ever do that again. Them the police arrive to question the man because he was the one to call the police. They were loud and I heard all their personal details. The man was the owner of the building and the woman screaming was an employees at the hotel. The owner said they both stay at the hotel and that his girlfriend or wife was having an affair in Brewer. Again too much detail and too loud when we were trying to sleep. It's a shady hotel, don't book it! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The one thing that will make this hotel go out of business is the front counter clerk and the...

We stayed 2 nights here and should have gone elsewhere. The rooms smelled of light urine and were somewhat clean. The beds were very spring felt on your back and creaky. Bed sheets and linen were clean and stain free. Looks to be a semi recent remodel possibly. We weren't in the room but just to sleep luckily. The early checkin fee was $15 and we didn't eat any of the grab and go breakfast they had available. Looked to be simple. The walls are extremely thin and there is a gap under the door to the hallway where quite a bit of light an noise does come through. Without a sound machine or light music playing it is rather disruptive. Not sure if they have plumbing issues but we stayed on the ground floor in room 113 and every morning about 6am the sink under the vanity would loudly start gurgling and burping through the sink and made a seriously loud echo through the porcelain. Was really hard to sleep after that both days. It went on until about 930am. Tried to put a towel over the sink to muffle the noise but the gurgling is pretty unbearable. Not sure if it's from the toilets or showers upstairs but the smell was that of sewer. Really frustrating and disgusting. See the holiday inn down the road for better details and service.

I stayed for 2 nights, earler this week. Was greeted by a nice clerk at the front desk. I got a very clean room, smelling of fresh linen. Nice big cable tv, comfortable bed, rocking recliner fridge, and microwave. Old motel, but had been renovated. No problems with the heater/ac. The plumbing worked fine. Nice brightly lit vanity mirror above the sink. The room was quiet, considering the the airport was nearby. The bed was very comfortable. The staff I saw were friendly, accommodating, if I needed something. Ample parking whether arriving by car, truck, rv, 5th wheel. There was a smoking lot close, but far enough away from the entrance. My breakfast to go contained enough food for an army. For a travel motel, I would gladly recommend friends and family to stay there. Great experience. Fyi. Pat’s pizza (via DoorDash), was delivered to the doir. Hot and fast. Good pizza too.

This was a last minute stay and I am VERY impressed! Booking was easy.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and offered 24 hour coffee or tea. I booked a smoking room that had 2 double beds, table with 2 chairs, large flat screen tv with lots of channels and even a good size mini fridge. The room was immaculate and didnt even smell like a smoking room. WiFi was easy to connect...vending machines were well stocked, the menus in the room offered delivery and the free continental breakfast offered quite a few yummy selections. THE BEST PART... LESS THAN $100 FOR THE NIGHT!! I rarely give 5 stars for anything and this place deserved it. I recently stayed in a 5 star hotel that wasnt as nice and twice as much. A++ Highly recommended! UPDATE: Due to illness, I decided to stay another night. Another great stay!
