Roca Azul is by far the best Mexican food that I have had in Maine since moving here from Texas!
While we were a bit confused by the door situation entering the facility, the food more than made up for any and all possible engineering/architectural lackings! I had a burrito approximately the size of my face. It was flavorful and full of flavor! The sauce in particular was quite fabulous and it was packed with chicken. Ripley had a veggie fajita. It came with quite the variety of veggies.
I do wish the chips had salt on them tho...

Our server immediately brought waters and fresh chips and salsa to our table, then took our orders. The food came out quickly as well even though the restaurant was busy. We were able to sample the fajitas, burritos, and quesadillas. All looked and tasted excellent, and portions were large enough for leftovers.
