My experience was VARY BAD. The young girl was snappy. I did not know what kind of bread they have. I had not been to sub way for years. I'm trying to decide and she's asking again. With a snappy attitude. There was no o e behind me in line. So what was her hurry and be snappy at me. So I let my son go ahead of me. A d she was snapping at him to. I asked about the coupon. If there was sandwiches there are not part of the deal. She said no I could get any kind. So i pick a wrap. She never said i could not do the wrap with the coupon. So when i get to the register my cost was 18.00 dollars not 11.99 like the coupon said. So i asked why so much. O because you got the wrap not the bread. I started to her you new i had the coupon why did you not say it was not part of the coupon deal. I became up set that i and my son had been snapped at then this happened. Read moreOn February 28th I had 2 mobile orders that were not completed due to staff injury. I was refunded for only 1 order. I went in to have the 2nd order refunded and was told that it would have to be taken care of by the GM. They took my name and number and a week later I got a call from the GM. She told me that the owner would have to do the refund. I expressed that this was not the first time that this had happened with a subway and that I would appreciate confirmation when this was done. That was on March 10th. I have not received a refund and have not received anymore communication. I submitted a report through the website and have still received no communication. Read moreWe went to Subway at 6:55 tonight and the Subway worker could be seen having a smoke break out the side of the restaurant with the door cracked while the business door was locked. We waited a bit and even when the Subway worker shut the door to go back in, he did not unlock the door or turn his “open” sign back on. The door said open until 9 pm. We checked online after leaving and it also said “open” until 9 pm. Nope! It isn’t… or at least not when we were there. Frustrating. I’m sure the business can’t make money with employees taking and continuing their smoke breaks even when customers can be seen standing at the door...
