Great location but rooms are disgusting. Pics are of 4 different rooms. I looked at 4 different rooms before settling on a room for the night. Front desk agents are nice during check in but they don’t stay very helpful and act clueless sometimes. They seem to always have a new desk agent in training. Over Night staff and revenue manger are nice. The lady house keeping manager was also nice. They offered to “VIP clean a room” but the room was still dirty and rundown. I would have just walked out but it was 3:00 AM and The room was OK for the night. Revenue manger in the morning was really the only professional manager and offered to refund my 2nd night since I checked out after my first night. I have stayed here 2 other times within the last 12 months and I couldn’t believe how rundown this hotel has got. Hallways smell heavy of air freshener and aren’t cleaned very well. They do have a small convenience market in the lobby but the vending machines on the floors next to the ice machine aren’t plugged in so you have to go all the way to the lobby if you want a bottled drink. Parking is hard and limited after 9:00 pm. You have to go park in the back lot which is literally right next to the highway and a bit creepy. They do have 5 truck parking spots which is nice. Room doors are beat up and really need to be cleaned or repainted. Room furniture isn’t attached to the walls and easily tips over. The room furniture was Heavily scratched up and stained. Room Walls have lots of marks and visible drawings. Beds aren’t that comfortable. Sheets are very scratchy. Bathrooms are disgusting and don’t have fans so bathrooms get very humid and hot while the shower is running. The Bathroom door locks but closet doors don’t lock so someone can walk though the closet and into the bathroom. closet wasn’t very clean and the Storage bins were gross and stained. Bathroom walls and wood floors have mildew. The bathrooms walls and ceilings had long hairs on them. Door hinges are rusty because of the high humidity in the bathrooms. The shower curtain liners were gross and stained. The tubs themselves were not clean and very dirty looking and also had lots of scratches. The shower head was being disgusting and hard built up on it. The hair dryer was sorting out and even made a couple sparks so I immediately unplugged it. They were more issues but I can’t take the time to list them all. All of these issues were the same in all 4 rooms. I can understand having issues in a couple rooms but the issues were consent throughout all 4 rooms. I checked out in the morning because I couldn’t take the cleanness issues and the disgusting rooms anymore. The rates for this hotel aren’t even that cheap. I was paying $250 for 2 nights and yes while that isn’t bad for 2 nights but this place isn’t worth more then $75 a night. Unfortunately I won’t be returning and I can’t recommend this property. It’s sad because this used to be a nice property but not anymore. This property just shows what direction Marriott is heading in. Hope this honest review helps. Thanks for reading.

Bad Experience at this hotel. I booked hotel because of high rate online review. I booked spring hill Marriott connected this hotel back to May. They have nonrefundable prepayment for discount promotion. I used Apple pay and my Apple pay has advanced fraud protection. The payment Didn't go through because my security code change. I called hotel to confirm my reservation. However. I got email The Day i catch my flight saying my prepayment didn't go through and my reservation might got cancelled. By The time, i Already updated my new payment method on app.I try to email back and explain the situation. No respond. Called hotel reservation department, saying you are confirmed but you have to pay regular rate which is 100 over what i booked. They also Say you have to speak with guest service but not our department and we cannot transfer you to guest service. Lol( are they in same hotel?!) Called guest service. Same answer and cannot help you for discount. I am fine with over payment but not the bad experience for consumer communication. I got confirmation email from guest service and the price is higher than what's Current Offer online?! Lol. I cancelled right way and booked the town place next to it. By now, i am just not happy about the experience. But what happened next made me write bad review here. Request refresh service early morning and no one come to do the service when we get back to hotel. I guess staff is busy and i am not mad. Ask front desk. Front desk says the person i Spoke with this morning Put room service next day?!( I don't understand why i need room service next day if i specific Say need today). The next day, some one did come to do refresh service But we found the comfort and sheets has stain on it( Looks like someone blood Or pee? ). Photo uploaded. We have to go down stair and speak with front desk. We need to change all sheet and comfort ourselves because no staff working 24 hours. We Understand people get busy and probably just throw all dirty sheet into high wash machine. However at least the person who does room service can switch to another sheet and comfort when they see obvious stain on it. I really don't want to leave bad review. The front desk is nice and the resturant is very good. However, the whole experience kind of ruined my good feeling of the trip.

We LOVEEDDDDDD our stay at Flamingo Crossing🩷 We stayed in a queen suite, 2 adults and 2 children.

The room came fully equipped with silverware, pans, bowls, plates, cups, a microwave, stove/griddle, fridge, and a coffee maker. The room already came with an extra blanket, & pillow. They also have their own body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, connected to the shower, which you shouldn’t run out of. You can also ask to borrow various items at the front desk!!!

I did not use a shuttle service to Disney, but it IS available. Call the hotel & ask in advance, how to set that up.

There is a little store, on the main floor, that consists of snacks (there are also vending machines on the floors), and toiletries like toothbrushes, Q-Tips, toothpaste, etc.

The workers are incredible. They definitely care about you. Room service was EXCELLENT. There are safes available, at the front desk. We checked in early, because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. There is a restaurant/bar that is poolside, which made me a non-alcoholic drink, without any issues!!!

Breakfast was always nice & tasty. With 2 children, we made it to breakfast around 9am. They close at 9:30, so definitely get there before then!!! The serving area literally gets shut down, without hesitation. I don’t mind, they’re just doing their job. Just get there on time & you won’t be disappointed. The chocolate waffles, are to DIE FOR. They had: Muffins, an oatmeal bar, cereal, plain yogurt, oranges/bananas, coffee/tea/hot chocolate/apple juice/OJ, English muffin/bagels, Mickey waffles, turkey links/patties, western eggs/regular eggs, & whipped cream/strawberry purée for waffles, which most people missed. Needless to say, we were always satisfied.

Pool was FANTASTIC. Definitely picture worthy. There is definitely debris in the pool, like another review mentioned…. But it is outdoor with palm trees around…. So it’s to be expected. It didn’t bother me once. They keep towels stocked & the pool was never too overcrowded, so we ALWAYS had enough chairs for 4 people. Most people are at Disney, so definitely utilize this pool while you can. It closes at 11pm!!!!

The location is VERY convenient. Target is walking distance, honestly. It is a little smaller than average targets, but we were able to find everything that we needed. They had a MASSIVE selection of Disney items, even souvenirs that started at $2 each. We had a great time & the hotel is a big part of the reason🩷It wasn’t loud from other guests, until our last night. Even if it was loud before that night….. Everyone was too exhausted to even notice. I would 1000% stay there again. This hotel WILL leave you at ease & be the least of your stresses on a vacation!!!! We also missed our flight & immediately got into another Marriott hotel room!!! Near the airport this time🥲

BRING USD CASH/QUARTERS FOR TOLLS, IF YOU ARE DRIVING. I noticed a ton of people are from the UK, I’d hate for you to get extra charges from rental companies. This hotel is definitely the best bet. Regardless,...

5⭐Located right outside WDW West Gate.✨ Very clean spacious rooms comfortable high beds with a stocked kitchenette. Full size fridge & freezer. Even a dishwasher included along with dish detergent, dish soap, sponge, and dish towels. Real glass wear, plates, pots & pans. They even provided salt & pepper. 🧂🍳🥄🥣-thought of everything! Housekeeping comes every other day which is fine, but would have liked at least fresh towels daily bc after being in the parks a daily shower is required.🚻🛀🏻🚿 Bathrooms have a tub for little ones is a plus! 🧻🧴🧼Basic toiletries are provided in shower pump bottles on the wall and they are not watered down (iykyk). Parking is only $10/day no hidden resort fees and security is staffed at night. A free buffet breakfast was available until 9:30am. (Description of what was served on buffet provided ⬇️ bottom of this review) Upon check-in our room air conditioning did not feel like it was cooling 💦🌡️🥵 I let the friendly staff know about it on our way out to our dinner reservations in Disney Springs and I don't know if they replaced the unit or what, but when we returned that evening our room was nice and cold. We never had anymore issues for the remaining 5 days/nights. ❄️👍🏻 Huge picture windows with adequate black-out curtains that functioned perfectly. ☀️🌚💤 Quiet no noise complaints and felt very safe & at home. 🏠 🧊Only working ice machine is located at the end of the very long hall on the 2nd floor🚶🏻‍♀️ 🏊🏻‍♀️👙🍽️Restaurant and pool on site- we did not have time to visit either. Did see a sign kids eat free per adult purchase. Target, 24hr Walgreens, 7-11 gas station all directly across the street from hotel. Overall this was an even better experience and price than the value on-site property hotels and even nicer, cleaner, newer rooms than a popular 4⭐ competitor we stayed at 6 months ago. This is now our top choice WDW hotel. 🔸 Make your own Mickey waffles, besides butter, syrup, honey, they also had cans of whip cream & strawberry topping 🔸Also offered premade Mickey waffles plain & chocolate (if you didn't want to make your own or in a hurry) 🔸Toast your own Bagels (plain & cinnamon raisin) & assorted breads; cream cheese, jam, butter 🔸Pork sausage links & turkey sausage patties 🔸Turkey bacon 🔸Scrambled eggs; shredded cheese & western scrambled 🔸Oatmeal station with variety of toppings like granola, coconut, raisins, almonds 🔸 Cereal; honey nut Cheerios, Fruit Loops, Kashi Granola 🔸 Bananas & Apples (lacking any fresh cut melon/fruit or grapefruits my only complaint about breakfast) 🔸Fat free yogurt cups; vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, peach (horrible tasting even though it's yoplait they need low-fat not no fat) 🔸Skim milk, 2% milk, half & half 🔸Orange & Apple juice 🔸Coffee; regular & decaf 🔸 Assortment of hot tea...
