Food is good. Only thing for me is the worker’s. I was ordering my pizza and the guy on the line didn’t even know what came on the BBQ Chicken but I did so he had me looking stupid when I asked what came on it.. I’m like I don’t even work there and I knew what came on it.. then I get to the 2nd pizza which was freestyled. I told the guy what I wanted and he was literally putting 2 tops at a time and sliding my pizza down as if it was ready when it wasn’t causing me to have to repeat my order to him multiple times. Crazy part is he was looking right in my eyes and said ok but wasn’t putting all the toppings I desired. I had to reapeat my order 4 times total and he was looking me dead in my face which tells me he wasn’t listening.. then I make it to pay.. hoping the manger/owner would listen.. I told them at the beginning of the line I wanted one of my pizzas extra crispy… I even voiced it when I paid to the manager/owner I guess cas he had on his regular clothes and guess what.. my pizza WAS NOT CRISPY. I felt the experience to order was stressful only cas of communication barriers with the staff. The product is good.. the staff just needs to listen. I should have to repeat 10 times how I want a pizza. It’s supposed to be a smooth process. I worked at a place similar called pyros and we didn’t run the line the way they did. It’s new and I’ll def be coming back but that has to change it shouldn’t be stressful ordering a pizza. If the people aren’t cut out to listen to customer request get...

Outstanding Service – Give This Young Man (Rob I believe was his name) a Promotion!

Visited Pieology on 6/27/25 around 3:52 PM and had an excellent experience thanks to one young man who truly stood out. Despite being surrounded by coworkers who seemed disengaged or unhelpful, he remained calm, composed, and incredibly efficient.

He was multitasking like a pro—taking orders, managing the register, and keeping things moving smoothly. It also appeared that he might have been the only one who spoke English fluently, which made it even more impressive how he handled the front end on his own. He never showed frustration and was polite, professional, and focused throughout.

What was truly disappointing, though, was the behavior of an older gentleman who stood nearby watching this young man work hard—yet instead of helping, he just stared at him, shook his head, and made faces. It was confusing and uncomfortable to witness, especially considering the younger employee was clearly doing an amazing job. That kind of attitude is not only unprofessional, but unfair to someone carrying the team with such grace and skill.

Not sure what this young man’s official title is, but whoever is in charge should seriously consider him for a leadership position—or better yet, hire more people just like him.
