Actually had a quick lunch here on Cinco de Mayo. I wasn't there for the drinks I came and got two shrimp tacos they were pretty good. However they are extremely dry. They said they have a salsa bar inside. The waitress was not very attentive to our table I guess she was trying to cater to the other individuals who may have been there for Cinco de Mayo. However I walked myself into the salsa bar that they have inside, and got a little bit of salsa however I had to request my waitress to come back to the table so that I could ask for a different kind of sauce and she immediately said oh yeah I can get you that sauce. Mind you, I initially asked for a special cream sauce for my shrimp taco and she directed me to the salsa bar! Smh needless to say we were there for almost 2 hours, and we both only had one drink. She did not come back and ask us if we wanted refills. She did not come back and ask us where we okay Did we need anything. It was a very bland experience for us both. I probably will not return. I feel like it doesn't matter what day of the week it is holiday or otherwise, all gas should be attended to buy the servers. I did ask for a drink to go She definitely was on time when I said I needed my check and she of course would anticipate a tip. I'm not the type of person that would not tip anyone however I did not tip her the maximum amount I tipped her what I felt she earned. The ambiance was okay We sat outside on the patio. I came here on 03/01/24 and just sat at the bar with my friend for something small to eat and a drink to catch up. The woman who served us had long blond hair that she wore tied back. She was immediately cold towards us, and we couldn’t figure out why, because she was being so nice and helpful towards the other customers around the bar. But for us she hardly looked in our direction and when she did she was short and snappy. Then we heard her say to the customers next to us ‘Unfortunately there are a lot of these Disney international students that come here and they don’t know how to tip. They need to put that in their training because they just don’t know how it works here.’ She said this within ear shot of us. Now I’m British, look young and I was wearing a hat with Mickey Mouse on it. But I LIVE here permanently and I don’t even work for Disney. It answered why she was being so cold with us, and we were too shocked to speak up. I used to even be a server here in the US and am well aware of the struggle of relying on tips as income, so her assumption towards us was horrible and unjust. Needless to say we won’t ever be coming back. I feel like this employee of yours should work elsewhere if she’s so bothered by the fact most of your customers are participants in the Disney programs. I order the asada burrito, I specifically pointed to the menu and told the cashier that I want the asada in a burrito, not the carne asada. Why would you have almost the same name for a food items that are different?? Anyway, she acknowledged and said she got it. I also asked for a side a guacamole. A few minutes later my order was ready and the cashier handed it to me. I notice that I was missing my side of guacamole, so I went back and asked for it. A different employee was standing by the register so I told him about the missing guacamole. Well it turns out they put the side of guacamole inside the burrito. Again I asked for a side, not to add guacamole so I don’t understand how this could have been missed. I told them it was ok but they still gave me a side of guacamole and I appreciated this. When I got home, I took a couple of bites and the burrito had lettuce so indeed they made a “carne asada” burrito, when I was so clear that I wanted the “asada” burrito. I even repeated it her but obviously these employees are so incompetent that they can’t take the correct order. I ended up removing the lettuce, and only ate about half because the taste was so bland and the rice full of lime that I could not enjoy it. This was so disappointed, and I will not coming back.
