Additional comments to Knox response: I am not asking for a refund as I did get a haircut but I don’t like it. Yes I did see the haircut in the mirror however it was after a lot of styling products, I think that may also be the reason of dryness afterward. I didn’t ask for any adjustment afterward cuz I am unsure if it’s fixable with different lengths as some are way too short also my confidence in Knox be able to fix it. In addition I had to wait for 15 mins as she was behind schedule and I felt she rushed through the haircut as the next client has arrived on time. My original haircut was fine just too long and I thought a simple trim would made it better but it actually made it worse. My hair is dry after the haircut by Knox- didn’t get shampoo there but the dryness is most likely due to a poor uneven haircut. I can see the length is not the same on both sides and not even at the back either. I didn’t get a new hair style either only asked for a trim and thinner the layers. Knox is nice and friendly however I can’t recommend her as a hairstylist. I was charged 45 dollars...

I recently visited Headquarters salon in Redmond. Pei is the owner & beautician who manages everything. She is very sweet & so knowledgeable. She gave me appointment as per my convenience. I tried Hydra Facial massage for the first time & it was excellent experience done by Pei herself!! I could see the difference within few hours & it started glowing!!!Love it!!! I also wanted to color my hair with new look & Pei did test sample & guided me about what will look best! I will soon book an appointment with her for hair highlights. She also gave her excellent guidance on which products will work best for skin moving forward. She doesn’t sell those products yet shared her genuine knowledge & experience. I loved the overall ambiance & experience of self care. Would highly recommend Pei for all your beauty...

I got a keratin treatment from Pei and it was such a nice and professional experience. My ears and face were protected from the chemicals and the water during the treatment. It was a very clean salon and relaxing environment. I received a confirmation text prior to my appointment which was helpful.

Pei cared about making sure my hair treatment lasted and ensured that I had to correct shampoo. My hair treatment was perfect, reducing frizz when I traveled to a humid area and has lasted really well for a little over 3 months (even though I did a lot of the things I was warned not to like swimming in the ocean and showering twice a day).
