Stopped in recently to get something on my first trip to Boston in six years. Store was alright in terms of selection, but pretty barebones overall. I've seen more expansive selection at outlet stores. Customization is done on the spot, but make sure to go during lean hours. During my visit there were around ten or so customers inside, and employees seemed overwhelmed. After spending a while in the store, I finally spoke to a employee and asked to see graphic options, and was told four other people were ahead of me, before they walked away to assist other, more important customers. I spoke to another employee about simply buying a pair of laces, and I was told they all were made on the spot but because they were so busy they were unable to make a pair of laces. I almost asked to simply take the lace material and aglets and do it myself. Considering there were very few people in the store, I ended up walking out empty handed and went to another store to spend my money. For a flagship store, it's incredibly lacking for a brand as iconic and culturally important as Converse. As just another store, it's lacking in customer service. I've shopped through stores before and had far and away better experiences. One of the most forgettable experiences and I don't plan to return anytime soon, as no response whatsoever was given when I spoke to someone online through customer service. Spend your time at other stores if you're wanting to share passion...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience!!! Skip this experience definitely not worth it due to HORRIBLE customer service!
Nearly impossible to find yesterday due to the construction. The marketing team should do better.
Went to the store looked around and not one single associate wanted to help me. I swear if you are not a middle aged rich white woman, than there’s no way customer service is going to be supported. I waited nearly 15 minutes until finally someone came to assist with getting me shoes. I watched them go up to nearly every other customer in the store besides me.
Finally after waiting for the shoes to arrive from the basement, the woman apologized and said she printed the wrong receipt with the wrong shoe size and brought up a 8 1/2. I told them I was a 9, 9 1/2. And didn’t sound like she was going to go back there and actually get my size either. It was kind of like okay now get out… we don’t have ur size. So so rude!!! I was livid and I yelled at the associate saying I was going to buy.
Again, he didn’t care whatsoever. Really customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Dear all, Please be aware and don't get scammed like i have got
First of all, it took 14 days to arrive instead of 4-7 days like the web states. There was an email saying that some orders got lost on the way in a week after i placed it. And when finally received there appeared to be counterfeit products. Those are some bad copies made in some illegal basement factories, because all small details that due to the strict quality control of such renown companies never happen with the original products, all these details point out to a fraud. I' ve notified the company via the chat and email, but they seem not to care at all about their customers nor there reputation
Please be aware of the fraud, check carefully the items you get from the official online store they may be...
