TD Garden Box Office — Local services in Boston

So I emailed them asking simply if I'm able to relist my tickets because my father passed away and was trying to help with cost of his arrangement, they don't allow resale... ok that's fine I had people that wanted then so I was going to transfer them and take payment from them directly because it was family. Well when I emailed about resale the gentleman without communicating back to me first just gave me a refund. I never asked for a refund just a simple question about resale. I didn't want a refund because now that money to help pay for my father expenses is now in an inactive account since he passed away. After all this they could only say sorry and go about there day. I was invited to be a spectator on Sunday, March 17, 2024 to an MIAA D1 Women's Hocey State Championship game. My friend, needing a wheel chair for such a long trek invited me to be her designated driver. Her granddaughter was one of the goalies for the match. I accepted her invitation to participate. I went in on Saturday to the TD Garden Box Office to pick up the tickets early for the game. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease in purchasing the tickets, and that they were sent via text or email to my phone. The next day, my phone was our way into the Garden. I would recommend that anyone needing tickets for any event, go as I did through the TD Box Office. I'm elated with my own experience thus I'm compelled to share these events...

Tried to purchase some tickets for a future event to save on the gracious 30% uptick Ticketmaster gives itself for their fees. Got a bit lost because I didn't see any sign for the TD Garden box office. It used to be at the location where it is now the commuter rail ticketing office.

Came here Monday at about 1pm to find it closed. No sign saying they will be back or nothing. Yes, of course the box office website says you should buy online, but it doesn't list anything about hours of operation. Box office itself is small and doesn't look like a box office at all. Just a service...
