Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Carson City

I go to this Dutch bros basically every day of the week, and I order a large light iced drink pretty much every time I go. Today I had went like I normally do at a different time so different baristas, the two woman that were blonde at the window was not very nice to begin with, that had also only filled my cup up a little over half even tho I paid for a large they said it’s cause I got it light ice, mind you I have never ran into this issue before. I then had pulled back into the line to see what I can do to get my drink full, the man that had taken our order was extremely nice and had informed us that you now have to pay for two drink if you want light ice… I am a little frustrated and disappointed with the treatment and wish they had told me prior to me...

Go to the other one not this one. Although the other ones don't except cash just as this one cause the whole covid thing other coffee shops do. However sunset there is a young female that has an attitude and slamming the window I stayed polite and curtious however I am always concerned when it comes to food tampering. Also another issue the red dodge ram doesn't need to block the drive thru sitting outside of his vehicle with his friends hanging outside of his truck with employees especially during business hours. It's unprofessional. If he was making a delivery there is plenty of space on the otherside of the barrier near the door. Traveling from Montana and have never been to a Dutch Bro’s before. Great experience! I was a little concerned when I pulled up and there were 10 cars in line. An awesome barista ran out and took my order while waiting. She guided me through options/recommendations and when she realized I had never been before she even comp’ed my drink! The drink was perfect and the barista even had me test it before I pulled away to make sure it was done right. That’s a refreshing attitude because half the time I drive away from (that one chain we won’t mention) my coffee tastes burnt and it’s money down the drain.
