Crumbl — Restaurant in Centerville

Maybe we got cookies from here when they just happened to have lesser flavors, but we did not find them at all worth the cost. We got a pack of 3 mini cookies for $8, making them about $2.67 per tiny cookie. A few days later we saw at a store across the street that we could get a giant cookie for only $2.45! We got the chocolate cupcake cookie (pretty boring), lemon crinkle (good but nothing special), and the chocolate chunk cookie which was the most disappointing (the texture and flavor weren’t that great, instead of having that buttery brown sugar taste of a chocolate chip cookie, it was essentially a basic sugar cookie with some chocolate chunks thrown in and some overpowering salt flakes tossed on top). Not a single one of these mini cookies was worth the nearly $3 they each cost. We also tried the cherry cheesecake (for nearly $6!). The filling was good, plain but smooth and creamy, the crust didn’t have much flavor and it wasn’t crumbly. You might as well just take a big spoonful of sugar and a big spoonful of cake mix and just put it in your mouth. I’m not a healthy person by any means but good Lord this stuff here is diabetes, disguised as a cookie it’s in a terrible location because the Costco and target people, make that intersections, so congestion dangerous it’s not worth trying to get to the store. That’s why it’s never that busy. The selection is tiny. It wouldn’t hurt to widen the scope of the menu either besides just a pile of cake mix and sugar. I can give you at least five better places with better dessert or cookie whatever you wanna call it in this place just asking...

Staff is always incredibly slow to complete doordash orders even when there aren't any other customers waiting in the store. Tonight the store was packed, other customers reported waiting over an hour for their order. They still had not received their order when I decided to leave without mine. Staff were making substitutions on cookies that were not available without confirming with customers first. Staff were also not calling any names from the Queue only new orders coming in.

I will not be returning to this location and I would not recommend it to...
