Super 8 by Wyndham Chipley — Hotel in Chipley

I checked in. At almost 2 o'clock. When I got to my hotel, room I turned right back around and went to the front desk. Because it was absolutely appalling! She wouldn't accommodate me and give me a different room. She kept saying they were booked up but they're parking lot is empty.. With only three vehicles being here. Mine being one of them. The room smells like rotten milk. There were brown splatters of what I am praying is not feces... I took pictures of it and it is a smoker's room, but there is no excuse why the walls? Haven't been cleaned.... The floors are sticky to step on. And I cannot go anywhere else and rent a different room... Because I am not being issued a refund. And even if they would accommodate me with a refund, it doesn't mean that I would get that money in my bank account until possibly 4 to 5 business days.... When I called the front desk to complain about the uncleanliness of the room and ask if somebody could. Please bring me some clean towels. Because the ones that are here have brown spots on them.... She said it's Ridiculous that I am complaining after six hours of being here... It's only Just after five.... Now mind you I didn't check in until almost two.. And then had to drive to Walmart to Buy Cleaning Supplies to Clean my Room. Because she said there is nobody else here to clean it or bring the towels... The bed sheets haven't been washed.... I'm completely frustrated but at the mercy of the hotel management. Because I can't go anywhere else. I'm literally stuck here because this is what I paid for... I reserved it ahead of time not knowing the condition of this place. I would never recommend this to...

The lady at the front desk was rude and mumbled. When she said something then $40 I asked her for what. She told me it was in case I damaged their property. Very unprofessional. I told her to put the room on my debit card and the deposit on my credit card. As I was driving past the rooms looking for my room number I noticed most of the rooms don’t have a room number. Then I passed by a man sitting in a lawn chair by the parking spots. I drove to the other side of the building and after a process of deduction since I could only find a few room numbers I found my room. I entered my room with my things then I turned to put on the security lock. The problem was the flap was there but nothing to put it over. I called the front desk and asked for a room with a functioning security lock and I was told all they had was a smoking room. I explained I have a lot of allergies so I can’t be in a smoking room. She then explained to me that I didn’t need the security lock since there was a lock on the door. I told her I would have to go somewhere else. When I got back to the office I signed the necessary paperwork then I was informed it would take 4-5 business days. I’m traveling on a budget. I didn’t have enough money to get a room someplace else while they held my money. I looked at my bank accounts and discovered $80 was taken out from my credit card. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. I called Wyndham corporate and because I was told they were refunding my money there’s nothing they could do. I ended up in a shelter for the weekend because they stole my money. This location...

It was very awesome loved it would recommend to anyone who's looking for a very nice hotel or vacation rent at discounted and affordable family on a budget prices flat screen TV with HBO service queen size full size beds king size beds showers breakfast amenities as well as being in walking distance or short Uber ride from all different places to shop eat or buy entertainment special thank you to my fellow guest, Wyndham employees, just so everyone else my wife kids and I happy wonderful opportunity of meeting and coming acquainted with Alabama and Houston county locals as well as other guests, visitors that are just passing straight on through and everyone else out there I wasn't able to mention. If so how I forget you are an interaction that we've shared a witness to her whatever the case may be please know that you know I may have stink and significant to me or you or the world around us just remember that every decision since birth. From micro decisions. Or said at the end of the night and reaction to every overreaction that brought us to this point brought us to stay here and I think y'all for being on this journey with us!!! and every reaction latest they were brought into this world until the day for the first time or first let l I didn't mention it wasn't because of lack of trying 😂 staying at 9:00...
