Shoe Dept. — Local services in Chipley

Came in the other day and found a shoe we wanted but we needed another just like it in the same size. I stood in line to ask the employee if they had another one just like it in the back. She said in less than five seconds without looking that they don't have anymore in the back. Honestly, I don't know why I waited in line to ask the employee. I felt I know exactly what she was going to say and she did just as I thought she would. I'm sorry I wasted her time and mine as well. Top notch customer service. I'll not come back. I went to this shoe store to get my daughter some sneakers for school. We live in another county , so we aren’t regulars. When we entered there were two ladies at the front that didn’t welcome us in. Not professional! After we walk around nobody still came to see if we needed assistance or anything. We were the only customers in the store. We just left because of the service. Smh! I definitely didn’t like my experience !...

Great prices! But being the only customer in the store at the time and 2 employees on duty it was disappointing having to go to the register and having to ask for help picking out shoes! 😔 We were totally on our own digging and looking for our 3 pairs we did buy for our grandson.
