If i could give this place a half star I would. First off I order my food special made and of course not correct. And then worse than that not fresh at all. It was like they intentionally gicing out old food so they didnt waste product. It is NOT your customers fault when you cannot control product. If you make too much dont serve the old left over product. ( We're on our way out of town at this point for vacation) so when I call lady was decent about it said they would replace my order write my name down but to keep mt receipt. So I keep my receipt. Date of purchase was 7/30 and I tried to return on 8/20 to get it replaced and I understand that's a long time in between replacing it but like I said not in town on vacation and it shouldnt matter when I try to have it remade. I as the customer withold my part have receipt in hand when I come in and Scott (prettt sure he is GM of store) redused to replace order because his staff didnt do their part on their end of writing down mt name. Now Ive been in reataurant management for years and know there are certain things you can and cant do but whubin the heck would a customer hold a receipt throughtout vacation and all hold onto a receipt for that period of time. Read moreI have previously bought the $3.49 deal at butger king here and other stores. I was given several sandwich choices. On 7.20.18 i was given only 2 choices. The man at the register next to me was given several. I was asked dine in or take out, we were eating in but were given food in a bag. It took several minutes of standing at the counter to be asked what i needed. I asked for a tray so my child would have somewhere to put his ketchup(he had chicken fries) the person helping me looked completely confused and aked the lady at register who helped me originally if they had trays. The lady at the register very abruptly told her they did not have trays.at this point the person helping me turned and walked away without a word to me. I continued to stand there hoping to obtain a bag. The employees avoided eye contact and did not help. After many attempts of excuse me ma'am and excuse me sir, i very obnoxiously spoke up and asked COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A BAG FOR MY CHILD TO PUT KETCHUP ON?at this point 2 of the 3 employees behind the counter reached for bags.......i just wanted to have it "my way" what happened to...

Yesterday, I was in my old hometown and went through BK drive-thru for a meal. It took awhile (approx. 5min) before I was able to order. Upon opening my bag, I realized my fries were missing. By that time... I was already visiting my parents and was not going back to town for the fries. My burger was tasty, but it was cold and I had to microwave it. The cookies I ordered were cold, hard, and near burnt (seemed old). On top of all that... I had no receipt to complete a survey for the betterment of the establishment. I spoke with a manager today (via phone) to let her know what needs to be improved, but she seemed uninterested and took down my name and said I could come and get the fries.
