We were charging our electric rental nearby and decided to grab lunch at Sublime Sandwich Co since it was the closest place and with 5 stars on Google, we figured it had to be good.
There was a bit of a line when we walked in, mostly because they only have one slicer, so each sandwich’s meat and cheese are cut fresh, one at a time. It took a little while, but once your sandwich gets past that step, everything moves pretty quickly. The line behind us kept growing, so this place is clearly popular.
Once we got to the front, the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about making sure you get exactly what you want.
We got two 6-inch sandwiches: the Spicy Bird (like a Spicy Italian but with turkey) and a Turkey and Provolone. Both were delicious and filling, even without sides. The bread was soft and tasted fresh, just like they advertised.
