Earlier this year we bought $90 worth of turkeys and 35 in chickens and they all died by the next morning. We have bought countless chickens from other Tractor Supply stores and we still have them. They gave me a hard time about refund being told it had to go through this other number and when i called she stated had to be store. Tonight we went to this same Tractor Supply after we got off work (the reason it was after dark). We wanted to purchase rolls of wire. The lady said it was locked but we could use the kiosk and find what we needed and the guy could unlock it. We took the time to use the kiosk and find what we needed and the guy asked if he could help and we told him we needed rolls of wire which he said it was locked at 730 and couldn't be sold until tomorrow. They allowed us to waste our time and look and figure out what we needed just to not make the sale. This makes twice we have been let down by this store. Read moreCame there as a dasher. Items were an igloo, tennis balls, dog snack. Not sure why the store doesn’t keep barcodes at their register like most stores that have items outside, but because door dash recommends you scan the barcode I had to go outside. Prior to going outside the cashier tells me to come back in afterwards. I did so in less than 2 minutes. I get to the front of her register and stand there as she checks out like 5 other people I patiently waited and didnt say a word. Then she tells me I need to get in line after another 5-7 people are walking up. This is so unprofessional. And to think I could’ve just stayed in line and made them bring it in but I was trying to be helpful by walking outside myself. Time of incident now 2pm today NOV.1. Read moreIf I could leave less than 1 star I would. We felt like we were an inconvenience to staff from the moment we went to check out. The young lady was on her phone and staff didn't communicate where we were to wait or park to have our gun safe brought out to our vehicle. Two different young men handled our safe, one brought it out front and dropped it off outside TS, the other loaded it with a forklift onto our truck, neither talked to us about anything with regards to the safe. We had to ask for the code and the paperwork. We have another Winchester safe just like the one we bought for our son and it has feet. When I spoke with the manager about the feet her reply was it doesn't come with feet and the holes in the bottom of the safe are to bolt it to the floor. I will contact Winchester directly.
