I got the absolute worst nails I have ever seen. I went home and immediately tried to fix them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Wasted my money and ruined my birthday!!

I went yesterday to get them done for my birthday and I am very upset with them and the service I received. To start off I made an appointment and I got there 10 minutes before the time. I waited over 15-20 mins after my scheduled time before he started. I showed the guy (I think his name was Joe) a picture of what I wanted and he freaked out and said he couldn't do it. I'd understand if it was some crazy design, but there was no design. I was just cat eye. I just wanted help finding a color that was similar. I showed him a video of how they layered colors on top of each other to create it and he was very rude and kept saying no, I don't do that.

He then proceeded to try the color I wanted on a test nail to show me what it would look like and he got very rude/loud and it caused a scene at the store and it made me very embarrassed. I almost got up and left but he already started adding the tips to my nails. I then told him that it was fine I'll just do something different. He gave me an option to pick from for the cat eye and I told him I did not want the cat eye to have a line down the middle

After he finishes the dip powder on my nails. He shows me the what the cat eye would look like on my nails and I told him I hated it. It was exactly what I told him I didn't want which was the cat eye down the middle. He proceeds to add them to each of my nails. At that point I was so frustrated and wanted to leave as soon as possible and didn't care. When they were completed, I noticed he got the dip and gel polish all over my cuticles and the side of my fingers. It looked like a child painted them. I am still picking off the dip around my nails.

He charged me over $70 for the nails I told him I hated. Sadly I tipped him when I shouldn't have. After I gave it to him, he continued to say rude things about the original nails I wanted. I left and cried in my car.

I will not be coming back ever again. Thank god I was able to somewhat fix them myself but he ruined...

I go alot and overall i typically have a wonderful experience. Every one is very nice,friendly and very Professional. My only complaint is i asked for 3 coat SEVERAL times because I work outside alot and its my natural nails so it protects my natural nails gives them strength and keeps them from chipping while working outside. Ive tried 2 coats multiple times and it does not work for me this is the 2nd time with this particular nail tech she REFUSED to do 3 coat. If im paying 100 plus dollars i should be able to get as many coat as i want i know what works for my hands and my type of work. I asked her in the beginning she said no problem cause I remembered she wouldnt do 3 coat the last time I got her. But once we got to my hands she absolutely would not give me 3 coat. She kept saying some polish is thicker than others and this one only 2 coats but I use the same brand every time I go and it was EXACTLY what she did to me the last yime i got her....I know what works for my natural nails and with the work i do so needless to say I was very dissapointed when I left this trip , overall I have been highly satisified with this shop and I really like the tech that did my nails i just wish she would listen to a client that does her nails fequently ,knows how she likes and wants them and tells her repeadetly what she wants but refuses to do it WHY?? I Could understand if it was my first time and that's what she thought was best but that wasn't the case and she knew that!

And on vacation this week only worked 1 day and my nails are already peeling off gel.... hasnt even...

I appreciated them servicing me as a walk-in at 7:00pm on Wednesday evening second time visiting the nail salon since they've open this location. I enjoyed the young man who did my nails as a person however, the product quality speaks for it self! I will not be a return here as after two days, my paint has bubbled up on three nails and I've never seen such in all my time of wearing polish, I actually requested just clear and as persuaded by the manager to get color, the buble busted and the polish came off on one, the paint is coming off around all the edges of the nails, I have a chipped nail as acrylic was only applied to the top where the fill-in area past my cuticles were and not the full nail which I'm accustomed to. The gentleman who did my nails was very pleasant and I enjoyed my time with him, however, the experience concerning my nails being done to a level of professionalism is not there for me and after two days I'm totally disappointed with the outcome and how my nails look as though they haven't been professionally gel polished. I haven't done anything uncommon that would warrant the gel polish to have responded this way. I just believe that polish barriers and possibly a not so professional gel polish dyer may be the problem, but despite the other things this is the most disturbing as my nails look as they haven't been done, a $48.00 waste of...
