4 1/2 Star Review – A Northern Indian Gem in Cincinnati

I can't say enough good things about this Northern-style Indian restaurant run by a warm and welcoming family. The hospitality here is just as memorable as the food. Rohi and Nuur provide exceptional service — they're friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, even pre-bussing the tables to keep everything clean and comfortable.

Now, let’s talk food. The naan and bhatura are next level — easily the best I’ve had in all of Cincinnati. Fluffy, flavorful, and the perfect companion to every dish.

If you like heat, I highly recommend the Lamb Vindaloo (heat level 6) — it's bold, spicy, and rich. Pair it with raita to cool things off, and don’t skip the Kashmiri or garlic naan (or a bhatura) and topped with a side their spicy pickles for an extra kick.

For anyone new to Indian cuisine, you can’t go wrong with the Saag Paneer or Chicken Tikka Masala — both are packed with flavor without overwhelming heat. Add some garlic or mint naan and you’ve got a perfect intro meal.

Excellent food! The goat tawa melts in the mouth like Sunday pot roast. It's flavorful, comforting, and rustic. Great chutneys, lassi, naan, and dahi bada as well! My husband picked up a takeout order, and was very impressed with the atmosphere, saying it was very nice, well decorated, and clean. Service was also excellent, they carefully packed our order, not one drop or crumb leaked or spilled, and even hand wrote a kind little thank you note. Lastly the portion sizes are huge, I had enough food for dinner and then enjoyed the rest for breakfast the next day. We will definitely be back...

We've been coming here for about 8 years now and they never disappoint. The food is always cooked to our liking whenever we have special orders and when we don't have special orders. The staff has always been so gracious and gotten to know us and that is including when new staff comes in. When we ask our kids if they want Indian food they jump right up and say "let's go" because they love their food just as much as I do. Here you get very authentic Indian food. 🍽️👌 #FoodLovers...
