Review of Marshall's Location
I recently visited the Marshall's at Stone Creek, and while I had high hopes for a productive shopping trip, my experience left a lot to be desired.
Firstly, the size of the store is decent, which usually means plenty of items to browse through. However, I found that the disorganization made it difficult to navigate. Many sections seemed overcrowded, with items jumbled together, making it challenging to find what I was looking for. The lack of clear organization detracted from the overall shopping experience and made me feel overwhelmed instead of inspired.
Another pressing issue I noticed was the staff's lack of engagement with customers. Throughout my visit, I spotted several employees sitting around, seemingly more interested in their phones than in maintaining the store or assisting shoppers. This laid-back attitude contributed to the chaotic environment and gave off a sense of neglect.
A particularly frustrating incident occurred when I was trying to purchase a higher-end handbag. After locating the perfect item, it took over 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock it for me. During that time, I was left standing around, feeling increasingly frustrated. Efficient customer service is crucial, especially when it comes to higher-priced items, and this experience was far from that.
The dressing rooms added to my dissatisfaction. After waiting to try on a few clothes, I noticed that many of the rooms had been left with clothes still in them, creating a cluttered and uninviting atmosphere. This not only made it difficult to find an open room but also contributed to an overall perception of disorganization.
In summary, my experience at this particular Marshall's was underwhelming. While the store has great potential with its size and selection, the disarray and lackluster customer service left much to be desired. I hope to see improvements in staffing and organization in the future, as I believe this location could offer a much more enjoyable...
Read moreThere are three cashiers to help people and only two customers ahead of me. I saw a light on and went to get help. I was told by Alexis that she was helping the other cashier “fold two pieces of clothing for another customer”. So I got back in line and I noticed they were done ringing the other customer and she still stalled to help me and kept pretending that she was gathering hangers until I was called by another cashier to get help. That’s when she returned to her register. And on top of that of that she made a ridiculous face. They’re always very helpful at this Marshall’s but Alexis definitely...
Read moreWhoever runs this store is doing a poor job. There was one cashier for the whole store. The line took me 30 minutes to get through. The phone was ringing off the hook.. why was the one cashier so swamped when they also had a guy standing by the carts reading a book, and another lady sitting at the entrance with a bottle of hand sanitizer. Either one of them could have jumped in and helped the poor lady at the checkout counter but apparently management would rather waste 2 employees on completely pointless positions....
