Mancini's Sleepworld Colma — Hotel in Colma

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at a Mancini’s next to Philz Coffee and was blown away by the level of service I received from them. The mattress specialist, Monique, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different mattress options available. She took the time to listen to our specific needs and helped me find the perfect mattress for our budget and comfort preferences.

The store had a wide selection of mattresses to choose from and Monique was able to explain the differences between each one and recommend options that would be best suited for our kids, and for my wife and me. She was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision even when we said we will come back after shopping around.

In the end, I ended up purchasing a mattress for each of my teen boys and one for me and my wife that we are absolutely thrilled with and I have the Monique to thank for her excellent assistance. My first time shopping at Machini sleepworld at colma location. Definitely will recommend the wonderful associate name Essa to all the ppl I know who need to purchase a new bed related item. I had went into the store right before I had to start work in 45 mins last Sunday to check out some mattresses for my new move. Essa was patient with explaining the different mattress level and brands and patiently allowed me to feel out each mattress while he stepped aside to give me some privacy and time to discuss. I was torn between two and I ran out of time so I promised him I would be back today. I loved his service so much I made sure he was working today and stopped by during the time he was scheduled. I happily made my decision today because Essa was patient, knowledgeable and was NOT pushy. He also made sure to take his time to thoroughly go through line by line of the itemized receipt with me to make sure we are both on the same page before I leave. They have very bad salesmen who don't listen to the customer. Those mattresses are not as good as the ones at Macy's. The mattress that was sold to me was hard. So hard I could not sleep on it. The next day I called the store and told that salesman of the problem. He stated I could not return the mattress. Now every store here in the U.S. you can return items if they are in good shape. That mattress was in excellent shape and for him to tell me I could not return it was totally ridiculous. Two days later I went in and told that same salesman Robert that I wanted to make an exchange. He refused to help me. After following him for more than twenty minutes of following him, I decided to not purchase another mattress. I told Robert I will return everything. I was fed up with his not helping me. That store kept some of my money. I'm going to take this to court. I have already sent this to the Attorney General of Consumer Complaints on what this store is doing. STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY.
