Rally House Columbia Mall — Local services in Columbia

I purchased an item through the Columbia location on the 12th there has still only been a shipping label created even though it was estimated to arrive the 16th. I called the store to request an update and was told because I only paid for the item there and it wasn’t actually coming from their store they couldn’t provide me with any information. I was given the number to costumer service only to find out I am only able to speak to an automated service or speak with a live agent via text.. Now I’m being told it could take an agent up to 48 hours to contact me in regards...

Everyone is super helpful and kind. I had help ordering KC Cheifs Christmas ornaments and my experience was great!! He was able to help me find one for girls and guys and shipping is so fast... I Rally House in the mall is my favorite they even have great MIZZOU stuff that is awesome for my son......
